The platform is incredibly easy to use and the way it connects with other systems works perfectly for us.

Cons

There is definitely a lot to figure out but that's understandable given its extensive features. Plus the strong support system makes it manageable.

solid reporting

Pros

AestheticsPro is pretty easy to navigate. The reporting features are also solid and the scheduling tool functions without any problems.

Cons

The system has occasional glitches and I'd prefer a direct phone line for support instead of always relying on email. That said their email response times have improved lately.

Extremely slow with no support

Pros

There is nothing good to say. The platform is extremely slow and low-quality, with no customer support to speak of.

Cons

I found absolutely nothing positive about my experience with the software.

Appeared effective but is buggy

Pros

Everything looked great initially, with all positive reviews, but now I'm starting to wonder if it was too good to be true

Cons

The system forces me to enter the same chart information repeatedly as it often fails to save. I mean I have had to re-enter data 3 to 5 times for the same patient. It also logs you out for inactivity while you are actively typing. Customer support is also unhelpful as they repeatedly ask the same questions about browsers and settings without ever solving the problem, almost as if they are avoiding a real solution. They close tickets prematurely if you do not respond quickly, acting like you work for them. Plus a recent major update did not fix any existing issues and actually broke features that were working before. In short the platform is plagued with too many bugs and glitches to list.

User friendly with amazing support

Pros

The software is user friendly and simple to use. The customer support is also amazing.

Cons

I have had problems with the e-prescribing feature. My first choice was EazyScripts but it went out of business right after I signed up. Now the only option left for me other than this is MDtoolbox, which is very expensive and has high startup costs.
