“Incredibly patient and supportive instructors”
Pros
The instructors have so much patience and are incredibly supportive, always ready to lend a hand. Also it is a fantastic system for keeping all your practice's information sorted from client details and photos to bookkeeping and appointment calendars.
Cons
One of the most frustrating part for me is not having a direct phone line for immediate help when I run into a problem with the software. You almost always have to submit a training ticket to get an answer which is not ideal. So I'd really prefer to just pick up the phone and get help right away instead of waiting.

Pros
My experience with the support crew was great. They were both speedy and effective. Another thing I really like is having all those tutorial videos and fast-access resources right at my fingertips.
Cons
Right now I do not have any complaints. The system is doing everything we need it to do without any issues.

Pros
Navigating the platform is not a problem. What's also impressive is how fast they are at replying and getting our questions sorted out.
Cons
It is not easy to set our days off or change our work hours. But a good feature is that clients can still request appointments online. Another problem is that we cannot edit or delete documents after we create them.

Pros
One thing I like a lot is that our customer support rep is consistently there for me, whether to answer my queries directly or point me toward the right person who can. The replies are always speedy and genuinely useful.
Cons
The price is my main issue. It includes a lot of functions I do not need so it feels like I am paying for more than I use. So I'd love a more basic, affordable option.

“Favorite form builder for treatments”
Pros
The form builder is my favorite part. Especially being able to link specific forms to different treatments is something I like the most. Also the option to save a card on file to secure bookings is a feature I really like.
Cons
My biggest wish is for the weekly calendar view to function more like MINDBODY's. I want to color-code each service type and see them all laid out on the weekly schedule, positioned according to their time slots just like the daily view. I'd also love it if you could replicate MINDBODY's reporting feature, so I can filter my reports directly in the program instead of having to export everything to Excel to sort it out.

This system is so user friendly and simple to get the hang of. Plus it works smoothly with several staff members and the best part is that every function I need is located in a single, convenient spot.

Pros
You can tell this was designed with a bustling aesthetics clinic in mind. The setup videos are a lifesaver for tailoring the system to its full potential and unlocking all its advanced tools. And whenever I am stuck, the support team is quick to respond and always has the knowledgeable answers I cannot figure out by myself.
Cons
The link to my Clover card reader has been less reliable than I'd hoped so I often end up using the terminal on its own or the Virtual Terminal through Gravity Payments. There have also been a few times when the entire system crashed during a fully booked day and we just had to manage until it was working again. I am also concerned that if I ever retire, getting a simple download of individual patient records won't be possible.

It really simplifies the entire client process from the moment they arrive until they leave, along with managing employees and inventory.
Cons
I feel like it is missing some key tools for medical practices like lab integrations, smart templates for SOAP notes and the ability to automatically pull a patients previous data like vitals into their next visit which is essential for our weight-loss clinic.

Their demonstration was really well done and they have a real talent for making you feel confident in what their software can do.
Cons
My time with Aesthetics Pro was a huge letdown. Right from the beginning, their platform was not easy to use and I kept having problems with my patient charts. The records were disorganized and not in order which made tracking patient history really hard. Just finding and confirming consent forms was a struggle. These were just a handful of the problems I faced. I only stayed with them for a month before I had to leave. Plus getting out of my contract was a nightmare as they were not cooperative and put up many unnecessary obstacles. The most alarming part was that after I terminated my contract, they refused to release my EMR records. This goes against HIPAA rules and their failure to comply is completely unacceptable. Overall dealing with them was terribly difficult and I cannot recommend them to any healthcare provider.

Pros
Making patient notes is pretty easy and I like that I can change the forms to fit my needs. Thats the only part for me.
Cons
The system has been full of constant bugs since the new Aurora version launched. So I am not interested in new features when the core program is too glitchy to use reliably. Also the marketing tools are practically useless as the email blasts come through with a bunch of random symbols instead of pictures and there is no two-way texting. Overall the whole situation is pretty disappointing.
