“Very easy and beginner friendly”

it is very easy to use. overall I would say it is beginner-friendly which is a huge plus. I also really like the pop-up notes feature.

the software can be a bit buggy at times but I still like using it overall!

The platform is very easy to navigate, you can practically learn how to use it just by exploring the interface on your own.

I feel like it could use some improvements especially in messaging clients and not letting me delete certain items when I need to.

The support team is fantastic, they're both incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They've provided me with excellent assistance every step of the way.

My main frustration is that you cannot delete individual items from a quote before turning it into a final invoice.

The best thing about AestheticsPro is its accessibility. I can log in from any computer or phone at any time without dealing with servers or database updates.

One of the biggest issue I have found is that opening different practice locations in separate browser tabs causes a glitch, showing the same location's schedule on all tabs.

I cannot set up different appointment time blocks for in-office visits versus out of office events on client calendars which is a limitation.

My first impression was that the design is very visually appealing.

The IT support was condescending and made me feel incompetent. Plus I found the platform awkward to use, so I eventually hired someone to implement my own templates. Now that they are uploaded, anyone in the system can access them.

Overall it is a good, user-friendly product. However the system update from a few months ago still has a few kinks that need to be resolved.
