Pros
Booking appointments and looking at my calendar is super simple. I also find it really easy to look through and understand all the patient information.
Cons
Getting quick answers when questions pop up can be tough. And some of the recent system changes have also made our daily routine less efficient.

“simple setup and user friendly”
Pros
Getting everything ready was simple and the platform is very user friendly. Plus it handles all my daily tasks like stock, payments, photos, notes and profit reports without any hassle. And the price? You just cannot beat it.
Cons
We only operate from a single site so I cannot say how it handles multiple locations though my understanding is that it has that capability.

“an amazing and user friendly platform”
Pros
The platform itself is amazing as it is so user friendly and has every feature we need. Plus the help we have received from the team has been absolutely first-class and has made the whole experience excellent. I'd definitely tell others to use it!
Cons
This is a small detail but I find it limiting that the calendar only shows my set business hours. I often schedule appointments outside of those times and I want to be able to see them on my calendar.

Pros
You can really learn AestheticsPro on your own without much trouble. As it is simple to find your way around and the booking system works perfectly. And being able to handle bills too makes it this essential, all-in-one tool for the clinic.
Cons
During my time using this software I never ran into any problems. It performed perfectly for my needs.

“impressive design and wonderful support”
Pros
The design and all the different tools available in Aesthetics Pro are really impressive. Our representative has also been wonderful as she's always available when I have a problem and even touches base to see how things are going. She is incredibly supportive and so pleasant to work with.
Cons
I am still getting familiar with everything. The deposit process is not my favorite as it seems to involve a number of steps, though I have not spent much time on it yet. Another issue is the credit card terminal not connecting to our WiFi, forcing me to type the details in manually. I have heard it needs a hardwire connection but our tech says it already is one, so I am not sure how to fix it. The whole payment process is slow and I always have to double-check in our IQ account to confirm it went through.

“simple records and great price”
Pros
Simple electronic records, text message promotions, a great price and excellent communication are things that make it special. Plus every time I have submitted a ticket, it's been sorted out quickly and the support staff never makes me feel hurried with my questions, which I really value.
Cons
No complaints here. The best part was the service representative, who made the appointment incredibly efficient and informative.

Pros
It is pretty simple, adaptable and the support we receive is just terrific.
Cons
For training I'd personally prefer a session closer to an hour long. The 30 minute sessions sometimes feel a bit rushed for grasping all the concepts.

Pros
The charting feature is good but adding pictures is a bit of a hassle and there is no way to save before-and-after photos side-by-side. On the plus side the online booking for appointments is very easy.
Cons
Well the way payments are handled is not the best and the speed of the customer service team's replies is a little slow

AestheticsPro's support team has been way better than I expected. They are always happy to answer my questions and they even follow up to see how I am getting on.
Cons
Like any new platform it takes a while to get familiar with all the different parts. My main wish is for a way to save my progress without having to exit the screen I am working on.

“quite a huge help for configuration”
Pros
Customer support team was a huge help while getting some things configured. I mean instead of just making temporary adjustments, they asked me if I wanted to keep the changes as we went through the training. This saved me from having to go back later and do everything all over again.
Cons
I did not have any issues. Usually I prefer not to switch trainers between sessions but in this situation, it actually worked out well because the second person was much more helpful, in my view.

“not my choice of system”
Pros
This was not my choice. The previous owner already had it running. My dream is to find a system that works with my calendar and connects to Google.
Cons
There is no instruction guide. I have seen all the tutorial videos but some things are still hard to figure out. Also it does not sync with Google and you cannot edit the confirmation email that goes out when an appointment is modified. The search function needs very precise wording and adding photos to a patients treatment history is more difficult than it should be.

Pros
The appointment system is pretty basic, designed specifically for a medspa and a cinch to learn with its drag and drop features. It is also really simple to process package sales at the front desk.
Cons
They do not focus on updates that actually help a running practice but they just add flashy features to impress new customers. The newest update is also terrible. Even the reporting tools are very basic and do not provide the key data I need to manage the business effectively. It is also hard to connect it with other tools we use like Facebook or What Converts. And since the last update, I cannot do any administrative work from the mobile app. The text reminders use a font that's way too small to read, you cannot change the message and they are not sent reliably. Plus my clients often complain they never get them. You cannot really change how it looks, the colors are unattractive and the booking calendar is difficult to read. They do not collaborate with us on improvements and their latest update fixed none of the problems we have been reporting for years! Now when you print a client invoice, it pointlessly takes two pages. It feels like our FEEDBACK is completely ignored
