While easy to use, it did not offer as many benefits as WebPT, so I made the switch.

Cons

There are not as many perks with this software, and it exhibited some bugs toward the end of our usage also being online-only posed challenges.

Rehab Optima Review

Pros

Easy to use, with a wide range of reports and excellent support. It keeps me informed of updates regularly and integrates seamlessly with other systems.

Cons

Like any software, occasional glitches occur, and it can be slow at times. Lately, there have been issues with ClinSign alerting physicians to sign off on tasks.

Makes Documentation Easier

Pros

As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist I appreciate the time-saving templates for documentation also helps me track my hours and schedule.

Cons

I experiences glitches during login and data synchronization before clocking out, which must be completed before leaving work. The sync process can be time-consuming.

Reviewing software Advice

Pros

I am quite fond of this software. I believe it will greatly improve upon what we currently use.

Cons

The training session was quite disappointing. The speaker assumed we were already familiar with the system, and many features did not function properly during testing. It would have been more effective to start with a few points in an actual setting for a few days. Additionally, the lack of user-friendly handouts made it challenging to train the rest of the team.
