Pros

Getting around the software feels very easy. The main interface uses icons and it works really well in daily use.

Cons

It would be even better with a bit more flexibility when creating certain documents like referrals. The label printing feature could also use more customization options.

Pros

Starting off with the software is simple, the billing feature works really well, the pricing is affordable and the customer support has been excellent whenever needed.

Cons

The only downside is that it's available only as a cloud based version. It would be better if there were also an option to install it directly on my computer.

Using this software has been very easy. It's simple to use and since it's cloud-based there's nothing to download or install. The pricing is affordable the customer service team is helpful and professional and being able to view financial reports is a big plus.

Cons

Doesn't offer options for third party app integrations and it could use more features overall.
