Many features are not functional
Pros

Documentation is so easy and we can add notes and macros without any trouble whatsoever. The person who helped us set up was very humble and had a lot of background knowledge.

Cons

The patient portal does not work on the mobile app. With the pandemic, a lot of people are not coming to work so they need the online portal to be perfect but it is far from being perfect.

Amazing software
Pros

Decent PM solution
Pros

It works great for billing. The practice management and electronic health records features are amazing and everything is integrated well.

A baffling company. Full of glitches
Pros

The notes and layouts can be customized well. At first, it was great but they cannot keep their representatives. Have to make a few calls. Now and then we cannot get through to them.

Cons

Billing isnt solid. They have numerous glitches and we have to always be watchful. In some cases troublesome to induce through. Medicare installments dont come through in a convenient design. They continuously have to check with designing to discover out why.

Doesnt contain many pros but It is easy to customize notes and templates.

Cons

Poor customer support. Billing is totally unreliable and it also has many glitches which affect the performance of the system.

My experience has been decent.
Pros

It is pretty easy to navigate through! I have an easy enough time using it. Their customer service is very good and they have one on one webinars to help you get acquainted with the software.

Cons

The software doesnt sync to Google or I-Cal so you should look out for that. I have had complaints from patients about their experience with the app but I have had no issues so really cant say.

Frustrating experience and terrible company.
Pros

The notes and the template have the option to be customized.

Cons

The billing system is terrible. They keep on glitching and if you are not constantly careful it can lead to major disasters small practices cannot afford!

Pros

I would definitely recommend AllegianceMD to everyone. After such a terrible experience with our previous EHR, it was a really big and terrifying step for us to change our EHR system, but we had no option. I am glad that we took this decision of trying Allegiance, as it has been a wonderful experience using it. It took less than 4 weeks to set it up and start using it. It is easy to use. It has a lot of great features and they keep adding more. The company support is also great.

Frustrating and unprofessional company.
Pros

We had a good experience with AllegianceMD the first few months. There is plenty of opportunity for customization which makes creating notes and templates much easier. They keep switching team members, you have to deal with a different rep every time. They aren’t easily reachable. You have to make multiple calls and even then, some days you don’t get access.

Cons

the software has infinite glitches popping up every so often. The billing system is poorly designed and unreliable. We have to always be on guard so there aren’t any major errors in functioning. Sometimes even that doesn’t help. Medicare payments take forever in coming through. They do not operate through a clearinghouse which further affects their efficiency. Customer support is spotty. They have to contact programming to identify the problem. Their staff turnover is annoyingly high.

Pros

The system is extremely easy to navigate once you learn what’s what and where. I love the functionality of allegianceMD. Our practice got an upgrade since we started using it.

Cons

I don’t like how we still have to hand out paper forms to patients and then scan them into the system. They should offer online forms by now.

Great EMR solution
Pros

It is incredibly simple to use this software. User-friendly and neatly laid-out interface. I like how easy documentation is with AllegianceMD. It saves us a lot of time. The customer service is always polite and helpful with any and all queries. That too in a timely manner.

Cons

We have not encountered any major issues. Customer service always quickly helped us with any glitches or errors we faced. I highly recommend this service.

Pros

There are no hidden charges, which is great. We decided to install allegiance after being burned by three other EHR systems. AllegianceMD is excellent. Their customer service is amazing, as they are very helpful and respond quickly. No complaints from this EHR system.

It is an easy to use product . The notes and templates can be customized well.

Cons

Their support has been horrible. The company seems to have a high employee turnover rate as whenever we start becoming comfortable with a support representative were informed that theyve left the company.

Good functionality. User-friendly
Pros

I cannot imagine my practice doing without allegianceMD billing system. It has made things so much easier for us. No more elaborate paper trails or human errors. The system is adaptive which helps us care for our patient’s changing needs more effectively. Customer service has a great role in ensuring a smooth practice for us. They are easily accessible and responsive. I wish more practices used this system for its robust billing system and hassle-free EMR.

Cons

Patient charts are not as intuitive as they should be. There is a lot of scrolling involved which is a nuisance and time wasting. I hope they fix that soon.

Check-in process flows really well, great EHR
Pros

The product is nice overall. It has made claim billing quite easy. It has helped us take better care of our patients by facilitating us according to our needs.

Cons

There isnt much bad that Ive noticed about it, but just that fact that when an error occurs during a claim, it takes a while to push it through and make things normal.

I didnt find any problems with the software and would recommend it to everyone. It is by far the better option. The system is really great, everything is easy and accessible like documentation, communication, and chart notes etc.

Pros

I love the billing module. It automates insurance checks for you. The flexibility allows us to customize charts to our personal preference which makes day-to-day documentation very easy to get done. The system overall has great functionality.

Cons

The system can sometimes be very slow. Some days it freezes and the only way to make it work again is to restart the whole program making you lose any unsaved progress you made.

Pros

The system does all that you would need your EMR to do. The interface is neat and functional. All the features are very straight-forward, hassle-free and don’t require too many steps or clicks. It’s easy to navigate through the platform. The practice management and billing system are pretty decent.

Cons

nothing major other than occasional small glitches which I suppose are common with all EHR systems.

The customer support was easy to reach although they could not provide suitable answers to questions frequently.

Cons

There were too many glitches with the system that simply complicated the overall workflow. We decided while in implementation that this vendor will not work well for us. Not only were we made no refund, which I understand as the contract did not allow a refund, but we were also charged extra for the hours spent in implementation as apparently, we had wasted their time

Excellent for any General Practice
Pros

It does look good on the network and I use it on my own Practice. It has every aspect for doctors, Ive researched a lot and couldnt find any software better than this. I recommend this to every Australian doctor.

The price is also right, no such cons that I could find.

Decent platform for everyday billings and claim collections
Pros

AllegianceMD has a considerably nice billing module. Day-to-day payments and collections are made quick with this system. I like the patient demographics feature with the HIPPA chart window.

Cons

It’s a little challenging to post and having to pick the various page formats such as PR-2, 1st reports, and vital sheets and the guarantor tab not showing on a case report by case selection for billing and posting.
