Constant login/database issues for patients. Can't update profile, can't download or view results and records. Basically can't do anything. What is the point of this? My chart is so far superior and linked to multiple caregivers, but this piece of crap doesn't do a thing.

Pros
The best feature of FollowMyHealth is the real-time access to test results. I no longer have to wait for a phone call because I can just log in and check my work. If something is not in the normal range, the abnormal test is flagged and explained which is great. Overall I love being able to see my health records using this app. It is simply fantastic!
Cons
I cannot think of anything negative to say about Veradigm Follow my Health! It is truly a game changer. Even someone with beginner level tech skills would find this application easy to use.

Pros
This patient portal is easy to navigate and offers many features that patients need to access at home 24/7. There is also an app which makes it easy for us to access the portal from home or on the go.
Cons
Sharing a multi page document with a provider via the portal can be a bit challenging for patients.

There is nothing good about this software! You cannot connect with your healthcare team which is the worst.
Cons
My messages to my healthcare provider never go through and I keep getting (Message Delivery Failure). I always end up calling and leaving a message. I suggested they ditch this program and get something more reliable.

I hate how intrusive and non intuitive this software is.
Cons
I get calls and mail that seem like medical referrals but turn out to be sales efforts. It is an invasion of privacy and probably a HIPAA violation.

There is nothing I like! I cannot connect with my doctor anymore. Old information shows up on my Chromebook and updated info appears on my phone whenever it decides to work properly.
Cons
Even though I know my username and sign-in info, it never accepts my entries. I even tried to change my info but it still does not work.

This has a lot of promising features conceptually, but the implementation is not at all at the same level.
Cons
Tech support is not reachable, the only form of support this system offers is a very limited database of knowledge. This is not at all user-friendly and we are mostly unable to establish connections with other healthcare providers. When invitation links are sent to patients, they do not work. Requires a better framework.

Pros
This software has made the task of scheduling an appointment super easy. Every time I visit a clinic, I do not have to worry about my lab or test results anymore, as they are promptly uploaded and updated on my portal.

The concept of this system is something that I like but the execution is pretty much flawed.
Cons
The technology that they’ve used isn’t good. This application could be so much easy but they lack. I tried logging in once and forgot my password so I clicked on the “forgot password” option and it said that I’ll receive a security pin and then I can set a new password for it but the security pin was received after half an hour and by that time the security pin had already expired. Getting support directly isn’t easy.

This system is great for basic healthcare and it saves a lot of time as patients don’t have to wait a lot for a phone call back. I love that patients have the option to email the providers as opposed to attempting to get somebody by telephone. It is excessively helpful when addresses come up and the workplace is shut, as you can email your inquiries and find a solution when the workplace opens. As a provider, it is ideal to have the option to email as opposed to trying to reach out to the patient by phone.

“Great Idea but Poor Execution
Pros
It could potentially be a useful communication tool between patients and healthcare providers but it seriously lacks functionality and is difficult to navigate.
Cons
I find a major flaw in how data gets updated or rather, does not get updated. I manage records for several patients and really want to like this system but the data is so outdated and incomplete that its useless (e.g., previous conditions resolved years ago still show as active). The disconnect might be with the providers failing to send updated records which likely speaks to the difficulty of using the system. Also chrome does not seem to be well-supported and even in other browsers, pop-up overlays frequently fail to load. The overall software design lacks intuitiveness and organization.

We were recommended to use FollowMyHealth. It is easy to send out invites to the patient that are under the age 18 or are adults.
Cons
