Pros

On paper it sounds very reasonable but they did not execute it right.

Cons

The system does not completely load on my browser. All the records do not appear and customer support is not helpful at all.

I do not like it at all!

Cons

The website is a pain to use. You cannot look up healthcare providers in the vicinity even after specifying the location. The patient charts take too long to load.

Easy to learn
Pros

It has layman terminology and anyone can learn it immediately. The system allows patients to enter their own information such as allergies.

Cons

It takes time to update the results and medical reports on the portal.

It is too old and outdated
Pros

It has a fast login portal and looking up patient records is not difficult.

Cons

There is a long delay in the time a message is sent and received. Our patients never get their reminders on time.

I don’t recommend it.
Pros

This has a lot of promising features conceptually, but the implementation is not at all at the same level.

Cons

Tech support is not reachable, the only form of support this system offers is a very limited database of knowledge. This is not at all user-friendly and we are mostly unable to establish connections with other healthcare providers. When invitation links are sent to patients, they do not work. Requires a better framework.

Life made easy.
Pros

This software has made the task of scheduling an appointment super easy. Every time I visit a clinic, I do not have to worry about my lab or test results anymore, as they are promptly uploaded and updated on my portal.

Cons

I have not had a single bad experience with this software. It has made my life really easy with its user-friendly interface and amazing features.

Makes my work easier
Pros

It helps our work to be efficient and it is easy to use. Provides comprehensive information and also easy to access information.

Cons

Customer service was a bit lacking as I had issues logging into the website.

Flawed execution
Pros

The concept of this system is something that I like but the execution is pretty much flawed.

Cons

The technology that they’ve used isn’t good. This application could be so much easy but they lack. I tried logging in once and forgot my password so I clicked on the “forgot password” option and it said that I’ll receive a security pin and then I can set a new password for it but the security pin was received after half an hour and by that time the security pin had already expired. Getting support directly isn’t easy.

The system is user-friendly, and navigation is seamless. It is easy for me to request appointments and get a confirmation call from their office. The doctors are quick in uploading any lab test that I’ve had done.

Cons

Yet, there isn’t anything bad about it.

Good software
Pros

This system is great for basic healthcare and it saves a lot of time as patients don’t have to wait a lot for a phone call back. I love that patients have the option to email the providers as opposed to attempting to get somebody by telephone. It is excessively helpful when addresses come up and the workplace is shut, as you can email your inquiries and find a solution when the workplace opens. As a provider, it is ideal to have the option to email as opposed to trying to reach out to the patient by phone.

There are times when patient find it hard to log in.

Pros

It helps us see all our practice information in one place.

Cons

The design of this system is not visually appealing. Switching between screens is hard, the mobile application is not good, the system isn’t organized well, and seeing your lab reports is pretty difficult as well.

It works for us.
Pros

We were recommended to use FollowMyHealth. It is easy to send out invites to the patient that are under the age 18 or are adults.

Cons

Each upgrade removes all our previous practice information that we’ve saved. We always have to go and uncheck things that we do not require to be seen after every upgrade.
