No Perfect System
Pros

The system offers extensive features, to the extent that decisions need to be made about what and how much to report, as it's impossible for any PT to fill out all fields while still providing quality patient care. It boasts numerous customizable functions to meet individual needs. Additionally, its endorsement by the APTA ensures timely changes concerning required documentation and coding edits, which is reassuring for professional staff. Moreover, it offers flexibility in terms of self-hosting or being hosted by Cedaron, depending on IT capabilities and budget.

Cons

The system lacks a billing software component and requires integration with billing software via an interface, making it not fully integrated.
