An intuitive solution for your practice.
Pros

I really like the patient recall feature, which makes my life much easier by optimizing workflow. It allows me to manage my work-life balance. The feature keeps track of their patients and lets me stay updated about their conditions editions. It also allows me to send automatic reminders to different patients who have missed or unable to it in time for their appointments. This feature is also really customizable and I have set it up in a way I want to.

Cons

I wish there was more things that I could do with the software like setup a different account for my other practice. The customer service can also be a bit unresponsive, for example when I tried calling the helpline there was a long wait. Other than that, I do wish they would make the software cheaper so that small businesses can also utilize it.

A software that helps you be on time!
Pros

I would like to mention that this software is not the best, but you really cannot ask for more if the following features are your needs. This software helps us to call, text or email patients to confirm or cancel their appointments. Similarly, the patients can do the same when they want to cancel or move any appointment to a later date. We can then notify our staff members easily in both scenarios. The system lets us have the needed information and suggestions that allow us to simply customize its timing, content, and number of notifications as per our preference.

Cons

They do mention in their product description that you can merge the software with a variety of electronic health records and other practice management systems but we have not found it very easy to do so. Most of the time we try to integrate the software we want, but there are errors that make it impossible to get the job done. The system may not run smoothly or at this point, I can say maybe we do not know how to use it to its full capabilities. But this definitely needs attention and the integration process should be smoother.

A life saver! But comes with a lackluster customer support.
Pros

Working as an assistant with two different practices part-time, I have had trouble managing and handling appointments for both the doctors and on occasions. I often ended up mixing the two, causing major inconvenience for the patients. Someone recommended me to look for a solution online and I got BeeperMD as one of the top results. I decided to give it a try and seems like I made the right choice. I have managed to handle all the patients of both practices in one dashboard where they can contact me easily to schedule, cancel, or delay an appointment if they’re running late. It has been a major stress reliever for me.

Cons

There weren’t a lot of reviews available online but this was just under the right budget for me so I went with it. However, the support team has been increasingly absent in my case. I didn’t have much trouble learning and operating it but if I had come across a problem and reached the customer support, there was rarely a prompt response. Maybe they reply based on priority or what but they should at least get back to me. I don’t really think this is the best way to retain a client since technical support is what actually makes the experience good.

An impressive tool for scheduling!
Pros

It is a cloud-based HIPAA-compliant software that notifies both patients and doctors or nurses with its smart features. It widely caters to medical practices that can vary in specialties making it quite versatile and adaptable. We have found a lot of its features to be useful for us such as appointment reminders, slot-filling, and no-show prevention, meaning that if a patient wants to cancel on us they can simply notify us through a mail or text, or call, allowing us to clear their slot, and much more.

Cons

It is very simple software but if you have any queries and get stuck it can be a problem. Also, if you look forward to getting help from the customer support, that can be disappointing. When you do get a response from someone in their team, you will always find their responses so robotic and monotone like you are talking to a machine. I found that very unprofessional and this issue needs to be addressed.

A great software for time tracking.
Pros

I’m a nurse, and since I provide my services at a government-run hospital in the mornings, my routine is quite hectic. I sometimes have a hard time keeping track of the patients I’m catering to. Sometimes patients want to cancel an appointment but arent available to notify us in time which can create a mess. But ever since we started using BeeperMD at the private clinic, my job has become easier. Whenever a patient wants to reschedule or cancel, I am notified right away. It saves the time of both the patients and medical professionals, without having to make any calls.

Cons

The software is relatively new and does not offer a lot of options to tailor it according to our needs. It would have been so much cooler if they just let us customize our screens, our tones, and some other things that would have made it a more interesting software. They seem to not really have much of a customer support system, as they arent widely available. Or maybe that has just been my experience, can’t say for sure.

EHR that works well with automatic appointments and reminders
Pros

It seemed like a risk investing in BeeperMD since almost no one else was using it (we had a really strong suggestion from a business partner), but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It has saved me hours, if not days, of manual labor trying to maintain a record of appointments and how many of them were closed and how many were no-shows. I have set automatic reminders to help me with that.

Cons

Training videos for BeeperMD are almost non-existent. I don’t like to go on live video calls for every little problem. There should be a small video library of common problems so that I can go to a particular topic to quickly get help regardless of the time of day.
