The software has made the clinic's workflow much easier and payments come in quicker than before. The team at bestPT has been accommodating to the clinic's needs and has worked with them to make changes that fit their practice. The coaches, Tom and Naomi, check in with the clinic once a month to ensure everything is working properly, and the customer support team is quick to respond to any problems or concerns raised through the ticketing system. The software provides a one-stop-shop solution for scheduling, treatment notes, and billing/posting, which is beneficial for the clinic.
Cons
The software was not originally designed to accommodate multiple disciplines, particularly speech therapy. Although the team has been working to make changes that fit the clinic's needs, there are still areas that need to be "tweaked" for speech therapists. This might result in some inefficiencies, at least in the short term, until the necessary adjustments are made.
