Great Cloud based solution

Pros

It's an all-inclusive solution for the multiple applications our modern Endodontics office was using. I no longer have to pay separately for patient engagement and digital forms or run a separate third-party electronic claims solution.

Cons

Transitioning from our old software was a steep learning curve, and I hope to see more professional referral letters.

The switch we should have done sooner!

Pros

This software is very intuitive. We found more efficiencies when converting from our old software to CareStack.

Cons

There are numerous features that take time to learn. Occasionally, finding resources in the resource center can be tricky, but I usually find what I need without having to contact support.

Easy to learn and Simple to use

Pros

It is very easy to schedule appointments and move from tab to tab in Carestack. I also love how quickly you can search for a statement, chart note, or appointment with a simple click! It makes scheduling easier because you can just move an appointment around without creating a new one. Plus, they have a great support team for any questions!

Cons

Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about CareStack so far.

Carestack is a web-based platform so I can access our schedule, patient records, and claim information from anywhere, even if I'm not in the office. I also love how intuitive it is.

The CareStack team constantly learns from criticism and feedback. They quickly implement what the customer is asking for, ensuring continuous improvement and tailored care for unique practices.

Cons

CareStack's dependence on technology functionality could be a drawback. If our WiFi goes down, it affects multiple areas (phones, appointments, access to information). I'd like more functionality from my iPhone and better compatibility with various interfaces.

CareStack offers a lot of services in one place. I can remind patients about appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments all in one place. There's also a lot of support, training videos, and literature available when needed.

Cons
