“simplifies our workflow”
Pros
Having scheduling, session notes, data collection, billing and client information all in one system keeps everything organized and much more convenient to manage.
Cons
At times the platform runs slowly, gets glitchy or logs users out without warning. It also takes a while to learn especially for someone new to the system.

“random logouts are frustrating”
Pros
Being able to write session notes in this was one of the better parts for me and the scheduling layout was also easy to pull up and check.
Cons
Our biggest problem was with data collection especially since my company only used the website instead of the app. As an RBT, having the server reliably save tracked data is extremely important but the app would randomly log me out and wipe out the data I had entered up to that point if I had not manually hit save after every single data point.

“Good fit for our work”
Pros
It feels very comprehensive for ABA work. Users can upload reports and there's also a dedicated training section which is helpful. My ABA coworkers had no trouble collecting data with it and scheduling was fairly simple too.
Cons
That said, it feels a slow for ST and OT and isn't nearly as user friendly in those areas. The notes sections were editable which did help somewhat but it still always seemed to take longer to finish and submit OT/ST notes. The training process for learning CR was also very time consuming. On top of that, finding things and customizing the site just wasn't very friendly for people who aren't tech savvy.

“helpful data tools”
Pros
During sessions, the data collection page worked well and I appreciated the different ways it lets you record data. Being able to see the graphs while collecting data was also really useful. I also liked having the option to organize and structure the session note.
Cons
On the downside, adding and managing new goals felt very frustrating and it was hard to understand without being fully trained on the process. Adding and removing appointments was also complicated and time consuming.

“all in one features”
Pros
With this software youre able to have everything under one roof which is a big plus. It covers data collection, onboarding paperwork, timesheets, billing, claims, invoicing, training and more are all in one system. I haven't come across another platform that brings all of those pieces together like this.
Cons
The extra add on fees are pretty steep especially since you have to pay per employee even when only a few people actually use certain features. For a small company like mine, that gets expensive fast. I'm also not really a fan of the app or the checklists and it's frustrating that it doesn't integrate with all the other platforms we rely on.

“User friendly internal communication”
Pros
Getting around the system felt very user friendly and it was simple to use overall. It also made internal communication convenient and efficient.
Cons
Using it on a cell phone was more challenging and a few features definitely worked better on a desktop.

“helpful info hub”
Pros
This platform keeps everything in one place which makes it really useful. It's user friendly and the mobile app is especially helpful for taking data on the go or quickly checking information. From an HR admin perspective, it's a solid, modern tool that helps make things easier for everyone, whether on the client side or within the company.
Cons
Even though it works well overall, the part I like least about CentralReach is that it can feel too general at times and it doesn't allow for very specific permission settings.

“limited use outside of ABA work”
Pros
CentralReach works well for our clinic when it comes to ABA documentation and data collection.
Cons
Where it falls short is with creating Speech or OT evaluations and related documents. We had to write those in Word or Google Docs and then copy and paste them into the app for documentation. The calendar is also pretty inflexible. It's difficult to create or update appointments and it's not convenient to view when other providers have appointments with shared clients directly on the calendar.

“Why CentralReach stands out?”
Pros
I really value all the features CentralReach provides. Its learning management system (LMS) is great, letting me create and set up custom learning experiences for my team. The LMS has more than 60 features, including customizable training, progress tracking, and automatic assessments.
Cons
I have noticed that Central Reach often encounters issues with its updates.

“Great service, quality product!”
Pros
Since switching to CentralReach, my team's daily operations have vastly improved. It's so intuitive and user-friendly, plus it outpaces our old system in speed and efficiency. The constant updates and enhancements to the interface and features are fantastic.
Cons
Because Central Reach serves various states and markets, specific feature requests affecting only a few organizations, including ours, tend to be prioritized lower in development. While understandable from a business perspective, it can be frustrating when we need workarounds during development.

“Outstanding product & support”
Pros
Since we switched to CentralReach, our daily operations have improved significantly. The system is simple to use, and performs tasks much faster and more efficiently than our previous system. Plus, CentralReach regularly updates and enhances its interface and features to improve the user experience.
Cons
If a feature request applies to only a few organizations or just our own, it's placed at the bottom of the development list because CentralReach is used across many different states and markets. While I understand this approach from a business perspective, it can be frustrating when there's no workaround during the development process.
