Big Fan!
Pros

Its user-friendly design is highly intuitive, something that I find particularly useful. I appreciate the ability to craft our own software and the convenience of transferring medical data between the two.

Cons

I cant think of any disadvantages at the moment. I am certainly a big fan of centricity.

Amazing software
Pros

The software is very intuitive and simple to learn without requiring extensive training. Navigation around the system is easy, as is locating all the needed features. The service has been excellent since the time I have used Centricity. It was the very first EMR software I learned to use in the practice I previously worked with.

Cons

I faced some lagging issues with the system, but that could be from my internet connection acting up.

Pros

It was easy for me to maneuver easily around Centricity EMR. Despite its simplicity, this software does not require extensive training.

Cons

Best EHR solution
Pros

It is easy for our 90+ healthcare providers to use the system. We can schedule appointments with people and review files before we see them. There is no need to have the records in physical form and their medical history information transfers to our system.

Cons

No cons for me to pinpoint at this moment.

Pros

I like that it allows you to customize features based on the size of your business. I appreciate how easy it is to set up and manage your business choices. Kudos to the team!

Pros

It brings back memories of dial-up Internet and the game "Pong." To complete the user experience, I wish it could be viewed on a monochrome monitor.

Cons

The calendar begins in March 2016, with time-consuming steps required to meet a current timetable. User-unfriendly to the point of being unusable, with an out-of-date and clumsy operating style. The worst customer service youve ever encountered with any current tech system.

Would not recommend.
Pros

Its convenient to schedule appointments from home. Its also quite useful to be able to access my schedule from almost anywhere.

Cons

When its required, it doesnt work. The majority of the nurses at the hospital plan their shifts for 7 a.m. on a specific Monday. We arent even a major hospital, and the scheduler is always broken. Its either overburdened or in need of repair. If youre trying to develop a system that will sometimes have a large number of users, youll need to have enough server capacity.

Great ease of use.
Pros

This program is simple to operate and even simpler to learn or teach. When issues arise, customer service is very experienced and solves problems quickly.

Cons

Not Satisfied. Needs major improvements.
Pros

I was a long-time user of Centricity a few years ago. The software was very easy to understand and there was no need for a long learning time or instruction. Within weeks, the employees will get it up and running. Id be interested in seeing how much theyve progressed over time.

Cons

It does not always encourage you to erase previously entered false information. But its not a major issue. There are far too many steps involved in completing any task. There are several errors all over the place. The only thing stopping us from transitioning to a better system at this stage is the fact that our older staff has become too used to it, particularly because some of them have been using it for nearly fifteen years.

Satisfactory and Highly Recommended.
Pros

The method is straightforward and well-designed. Makes it easier to use. Many of the functions have been simplified to improve usability. It is very simple and fast to access data and make adjustments. Ive been using this app on a regular basis for years and have never had a single problem with it. Their customer service representatives have been very supportive.

Cons

While uncommon, there have been times that the machine has crashed in the middle of a charting session, causing all data to be lost. Aside from that, there have been some slight odd mistakes in charting nursing notes, such as incorrect material being omitted in an attempt to make improvements.

Pros

The app is very user-friendly and easy to understand without any prior experience. Its simple to use the app and find all of the required features. Ive been absolutely delighted with Centricity for the whole time Ive used it. In the practice where I formerly worked, it was the very first EMR app I learnt to use. I wish my new clinic had used the GE healthcare scheme!

Efficiency reduced in the last few years.
Pros

This programme was used in a neurology/pain practice a few years back. It was simple to deal with and we wanted it to be effective, and it rarely lets us down. There were no complex functions, it was very simple, and it was very inexpensive.

Cons

The reporting functionality was not quite adaptable or user-friendly. It was a pain to have to go through all of the little data and related trends.

Costly yet Average.
Pros

The device isnt bad, but the interfaces narrow static impracticalities make it difficult to like anything about it. For eg, the text is too short. There is no way to make things bigger. In any case, none are available inside the scheme. Its really inconvenient. If you have to use it for long stretches of time on a daily basis, youll get a chronic headache, neck and eye pain.

Cons

How is it appropriate for the app and print font to be microscopic with no choice for enlargement? In this situation, too, customer support has been of no assistance. Its all the more disappointing because GE Healthcare was once regarded as a leader in the health IT industry.

Efficient for Financial Management ordeals.
Pros

With GE Centricity, weve been able to significantly expand our accounts receivable department. We were able to significantly reduce our A/R costs, saving time and money while still speeding up the collection process by 27 percent.

Cons

It took a little longer to integrate all of our maturing accounts into the system. Regardless, I believe this to be the case for general partnerships. Nevertheless, its a brilliant piece of tech.

Mediocre Service. Updates and Upgrades necessary.
Pros

It is relatively simple to duplicate patient appointments. This is about the only positive thing I can come up with. The rest is a nightmare. It takes an eternity to list the demographics of a patient.

Cons

In our outpatient chiropractic and physiotherapy clinic, we use GE healthcare EHR facilities. Naturally, we have a relationship with a nearby hospital that is also a GE centricity customer. In the fact that this should make life easier, there are still bugs and unexpected events in the system, resulting in miscommunication within and between the systems. For years, the app has been nothing but a headache. Its sluggish by nature. The method has become obsolete.

An Excellent Software. Recommended.
Pros

The easiest healthcare app to use is GE centricity. Ive been using it for over a decade and have fully used all of its capabilities, and Ive been extremely pleased with its success over the years. Centricity is an all-in-one solution. It has all of the functionality youll need for your EMR to run smoothly. It works well for other agencies and suppliers, which is beneficial. In addition, it integrates all medical reports, the EMR, and our clearinghouse into a single, well-organized structure.

Cons

The frequent notifications can be inconvenient. They remove some of the elements, which throws the balance off, but only for a short time.

Pros

It is quite simple to duplicate patient appointments with this. Probably the only good thing I can think about this software.

Seems fancy. Works nothing like promised
Pros

I have been using GE healthcare system’s EMR for quite a while now and I still find it very cumbersome and hard to navigate. It hasn’t worked out that great for me, although I cannot say if it is the same way for people who use it for other services like billing or practice management.

Cons

Although I use it scarcely but printing is considered an important component in any medical record system, yet the system fails to send out files directly to the printer which can be such a hassle. It takes me so many unnecessary extra steps to fax them personally. then the fax takes forever to arrive. What an obsolete method to get a printout! I have also used eClinicalWorks for a brief period and it allowed me to get prints done with just one click. This system, on the other hand, doesn’t even allow me to print attachments. You have to go through so many steps to copy, paste all the files into the system which is very frustrating.

Highly recommended. Has been a dream to work with
Pros

GE centricity is the best healthcare software to work with. I have been using it for over a decade now and I have utilized all that it is capable of, and I am thoroughly satisfied with its performance over the years. Centricity is a complete package. It has all the features needed for your EMRs optimal working. it communicates really well with other departments and providers which is helpful. It also handles all the patient documentation, the EMR, and our clearinghouse all in one integrated, well-organized system. The system deals with incoming and outgoing messages with other vendors, leaving little to no space for miscommunication. With other systems, you have to do all that by yourself, put pieces together and keep tabs on related activities.

Cons

The untimely updates can be a nuisance. They take away some of the features and that disrupts the balance, but only temporarily.

Average service. In desperate need of major upgrades
Pros

Duplication of patient appointments is relatively easy. This is about the only good thing I can think of. Everything else is a dread. Even listing patient demographics takes forever.

Cons

We use GE healthcare EHR services in an outpatient chiropractor and physiotherapy clinic. Naturally, we are connected with a local hospital which is also GE centricity client. Even though this should ease things but there are always glitches and unusual activities in the system causing miscommunication through and with the system. The software has been nothing but problematic for years now. It is inherently slow. The system is outdated. I find it unnecessarily repetitive and very inefficient. It takes too many steps to any task completion. Loads of errors everywhere.
