“Customizable software
Pros
Its user-friendly design is highly intuitive, something that I find particularly useful. I appreciate the ability to craft our own software and the convenience of transferring medical data between the two.

“Easy to learn
Pros
I find the software very easy to understand and learn, so I didn't need much training to get started. Navigating the system is simple, and I can easily find all the features I need. The service has been excellent every time I've used Centricity. It was actually the first EMR software I learned to use at the practice where I worked previously.

Cons

“Not recommended
Pros
Its convenient to schedule appointments from home. Its also quite useful to be able to access my schedule from almost anywhere.
Cons
When I need it, it just doesn't work. Most of the nurses at our hospital schedule their shifts for 7 a.m. on a specific Monday. We're not even a large hospital, and the scheduling system is always broken. It's either overloaded or needs repairs. If I'm trying to set up a system that will sometimes have a lot of users, I know I need to make sure there's enough server capacity to handle it.

“Complex, Needs key improvements.
Pros
I was a long-time user of Centricity a few years ago. The software was very easy to understand, and there was no need for extensive training or long learning periods. Within just a few weeks, my employees were able to get it up and running smoothly. I'd be curious to see how much they've improved and progressed since then.
Cons
It does not always encourage you to erase previously entered false information. But its not a major issue. There are far too many steps involved in completing any task. There are several errors all over the place. The only thing stopping us from transitioning to a better system at this stage is the fact that our older staff has become too used to it, particularly because some of them have been using it for nearly fifteen years.

Pros
It is simple and well-designed, which makes it easy to use. Many features have been simplified to make things easier. It's quick to access data and make changes. I’ve been using this app regularly for years and have never had any issues. Their customer service has always been very helpful.
Cons
Although it doesn't happen often, there have been times when the machine crashes during a charting session, causing all the data to be lost. On top of that, there have been some small but odd mistakes in the nursing notes, like the wrong information being left out while trying to make improvements.

“Costly yet Average.
Pros
The device isnt bad, but the interfaces narrow static impracticalities make it difficult to like anything about it. For eg, the text is too short. There is no way to make things bigger. In any case, none are available inside the scheme. Its really inconvenient. If you have to use it for long stretches of time on a daily basis, youll get a chronic headache, neck and eye pain.
Cons
How is it appropriate for the app and print font to be microscopic with no choice for enlargement? In this situation, too, customer support has been of no assistance. Its all the more disappointing because GE Healthcare was once regarded as a leader in the health IT industry.

“Mediocre Service. Updates and Upgrades necessary.
Pros
It is relatively simple to duplicate patient appointments. This is about the only positive thing I can come up with. The rest is a nightmare. It takes an eternity to list the demographics of a patient.
Cons
In our outpatient chiropractic and physiotherapy clinic, we use GE healthcare EHR facilities. Naturally, we have a relationship with a nearby hospital that is also a GE centricity customer. In the fact that this should make life easier, there are still bugs and unexpected events in the system, resulting in miscommunication within and between the systems. For years, the app has been nothing but a headache. Its sluggish by nature. The method has become obsolete.

Pros
The easiest healthcare app to use is GE centricity. Ive been using it for over a decade and have fully used all of its capabilities, and Ive been extremely pleased with its success over the years. Centricity is an all-in-one solution. It has all of the functionality youll need for your EMR to run smoothly. It works well for other agencies and suppliers, which is beneficial. In addition, it integrates all medical reports, the EMR, and our clearinghouse into a single, well-organized structure.

Pros
I have been using GE healthcare system’s EMR for quite a while now and I still find it very cumbersome and hard to navigate. It hasn’t worked out that great for me, although I cannot say if it is the same way for people who use it for other services like billing or practice management.
Cons
Although I use it scarcely but printing is considered an important component in any medical record system, yet the system fails to send out files directly to the printer which can be such a hassle. It takes me so many unnecessary extra steps to fax them personally. then the fax takes forever to arrive. What an obsolete method to get a printout! I have also used eClinicalWorks for a brief period and it allowed me to get prints done with just one click. This system, on the other hand, doesn’t even allow me to print attachments. You have to go through so many steps to copy, paste all the files into the system which is very frustrating.

“Highly recommended. Has been a dream to work with
Pros
GE centricity is the best healthcare software to work with. I have been using it for over a decade now and I have utilized all that it is capable of, and I am thoroughly satisfied with its performance over the years. Centricity is a complete package. It has all the features needed for your EMRs optimal working. it communicates really well with other departments and providers which is helpful. It also handles all the patient documentation, the EMR, and our clearinghouse all in one integrated, well-organized system. The system deals with incoming and outgoing messages with other vendors, leaving little to no space for miscommunication. With other systems, you have to do all that by yourself, put pieces together and keep tabs on related activities.

Cons
We use GE healthcare EHR services in an outpatient chiropractor and physiotherapy clinic. Naturally, we are connected with a local hospital which is also GE centricity client. Even though this should ease things but there are always glitches and unusual activities in the system causing miscommunication through and with the system. The software has been nothing but problematic for years now. It is inherently slow. The system is outdated. I find it unnecessarily repetitive and very inefficient.
