“Customizable software”
Pros
Its user-friendly design is highly intuitive, something that I find particularly useful. I appreciate the ability to craft our own software and the convenience of transferring medical data between the two.
Cons
I cant think of any disadvantages at the moment. I am certainly a big fan of centricity.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
I find the software very easy to understand and learn, so I didn't need much training to get started. Navigating the system is simple, and I can easily find all the features I need. The service has been excellent every time I've used Centricity. It was actually the first EMR software I learned to use at the practice where I worked previously.
Cons
I faced some lagging issues with the system, but that could be from my internet connection acting up.

“Smooth setup and training for all”
Pros
We found it very practical to move to Centricity. There were no difficulties encountered by our technical or non-technical staff with the setup or training.
Cons
Like all software, Centricity EMR can experience technical issues which can cause frustration during important tasks.

“Best software so far!”
Pros
It is easy for our 90+ healthcare providers to use the system. We can schedule appointments with people and review files before we see them. There is no need to have the records in physical form and their medical history information transfers to our system.
Cons
No cons for me to pinpoint at this moment.

“Perfectly executed”
Pros
I like that it lets me customize features based on the size of my business. I really value how easy it is to set up and manage my business preferences. Kudos to the team!
Cons
I used to have issues with overbooking and missed appointments before I started using Centricity. I no longer have those issues. Impressive work.

“Powerful features”
Pros
It has some great features, like the quick text option, and I can also order radiology tests directly through it.
Cons
It doesn't let me customize the lists. I'd need a specific type of vendor to use this feature.

“Poor customer service”
Pros
It reminds me of the days of dial-up Internet and the game "Pong." To fully complete the experience, I wish it could be viewed on a monochrome monitor.
Cons
The calendar starts in March 2016, and I have to go through time-consuming steps to make it work with the current schedule. It's so hard to use and feels outdated and clunky. Honestly, the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered with any tech system.

“Not recommended”
Pros
Its convenient to schedule appointments from home. Its also quite useful to be able to access my schedule from almost anywhere.
Cons
When I need it, it just doesn't work. Most of the nurses at our hospital schedule their shifts for 7 a.m. on a specific Monday. We're not even a large hospital, and the scheduling system is always broken. It's either overloaded or needs repairs. If I'm trying to set up a system that will sometimes have a lot of users, I know I need to make sure there's enough server capacity to handle it.

“Responsive customer support”
Pros
This program is simple to operate and even simpler to learn or teach. When issues arise, customer service is very experienced and solves problems quickly.
Cons
I admire everything about this software; however, I do not like combining it with the other systems that our hospital uses because switching between them can be difficult at times.

“Complex, Needs key improvements.”
Pros
I was a long-time user of Centricity a few years ago. The software was very easy to understand, and there was no need for extensive training or long learning periods. Within just a few weeks, my employees were able to get it up and running smoothly. I'd be curious to see how much they've improved and progressed since then.
Cons
It does not always encourage you to erase previously entered false information. But its not a major issue. There are far too many steps involved in completing any task. There are several errors all over the place. The only thing stopping us from transitioning to a better system at this stage is the fact that our older staff has become too used to it, particularly because some of them have been using it for nearly fifteen years.

“Well-designed and reliable”
Pros
It is simple and well-designed, which makes it easy to use. Many features have been simplified to make things easier. It's quick to access data and make changes. I’ve been using this app regularly for years and have never had any issues. Their customer service has always been very helpful.
Cons
Although it doesn't happen often, there have been times when the machine crashes during a charting session, causing all the data to be lost. On top of that, there have been some small but odd mistakes in the nursing notes, like the wrong information being left out while trying to make improvements.

“ A great experience with centricity EMR”
Pros
The app is very user-friendly and easy to understand, even without any prior experience. It's simple to use and find all the features I need. I've been completely happy with Centricity the entire time I've used it. At the practice where I used to work, it was the first EMR app I learned to use. I just wish my new clinic had chosen the GE Healthcare system!
Cons
I can't think of any off the top of my head. Over the years, the device has consistently provided great results.

“Reduced efficiency”
Pros
A few years ago, we used this program in a neurology/pain practice. It was easy to work with, and we needed it to be effective and it usually delivered. There were no complicated features, it was very simple and affordable.
Cons
The reporting functionality was not quite adaptable or user-friendly. It was a pain to have to go through all of the little data and related trends.
