Loaded with Features, Expands with Your Practice.

Pros

Ive been using Charm for almost two years now and once properly set up it saves me a lot of time. As a solo practitioner having integrated features is a game-changer. It adheres to HIPAA guidelines offers personalized templates and is free until reaching over 50 clients monthly.

Cons

Although theres a steep learning curve initially watching tutorial videos helps. Customer service is responsive and addresses concerns or feedback within a couple of days.

Pros

Despite its price it offers numerous features lacking in other EHRs. The RCM team also efficiently handles claims.

Cons

Some features require navigating away from the current window to access information disrupting workflow and increasing encounter completion time.

Customizable, Affordable, but Customer Service may take DAYS!

Pros

Getting started is a breeze. There are customizable templates and a library of resources available from day one.

Cons

Phone customer service isnt available 24/7 as advertised and support staff often lack knowledge to resolve issues promptly. Delays in issue resolution especially with electronic prescribing have significant repercussions impacting patient care and practice revenue.

Best EMR I have used so far

Pros

Its easy to learn customizable and seamlessly connects appointment requests to our website. The telehealth feature works flawlessly.

Cons

I think Charm should develop its prescription software instead of relying on SureScripts. Billing can be complex but the free training provided by Charm has been beneficial.

Pros

Having used various EHR and PM systems previously I wasnt impressed until I tried Charm. It integrates all necessary features into one intuitive system.

Cons

New features sometimes come with bugs but theyre usually fixed quickly.

Don't use RCM BILLING unless you have a lot of time to waste

Speech Pathology use of ChARM EHR

Pros

Its best feature is its HIPAA compliance crucial for teletherapy. Its reliable and lacks any noticeable glitches. Switching to other language apps via full screen is easy and the whiteboard feature is excellent.

Cons

POOR SERVICE

Pros

It combines EMR telehealth billing and online payment collection in one platform.

Cons

The lack of training and poor customer service experience make it extremely difficult to set up. Billing and customer service have been particularly problematic with significant delays and unresolved issues.

Big issue with billing, very difficulty to get responds from the company.

Pros

It looks sleek modern and more user-friendly than my previous software.

Cons

Billing and customer service have been a nightmare. Despite starting to use Charm Billing in October 2020 it took five months for one aspect to function properly. Communication with customer service is unreliable with delays in responses and unresolved issues.

I absolutely love it!

Pros

I love this EHR and it is so easy to use. The patients like the portal too and can access it from anywhere. I especially like the quick texting feature so I can communicate with my patients.

Cons

The only bad thing is the customer support is not very quick.

A challenging EHR

Pros

It contains all the features one could need. Several people use CharmHealth as it contains multiple features.

Cons

The software contains a lot of bugs. The system does not allow providers to adjust message limits and customer support is also not the best. They dont reply at the earliest and we have to wait for a long time for the problems to get fixed.

Love my EHR

Pros

What I appreciate about CHARM is its user-friendliness. Managing my part-time private practice requires something quick to set up keep me organized and compliant. CHARM is the perfect solution! Ive never liked EHR systems before but CHARM works like a charm! Creating templates and uploading handouts to patient portals is effortless. The quick text and auto-populate features are also favorites of mine.

Cons

Two main issues limited portal access for divorced parents who both want updates and the lack of instant support. While theres a chat option its not always staffed 24/7 causing delays in resolving urgent issues.

Great Software

Pros

The key term here is: easy. The start-up, learning curve, and getting familiarized with the user interface was all un-complicated. Feedback based on consumer experiences is taken seriously as seen via regular improvements. Relatively cheap. The integration of features such as labs and e-commerce solutions is available.

Cons

Customer service being based overseas does not work well with global time zones. However, responses are sent out eventually. Some occurring problems include downloading ERAs, design issues with merged billing clearinghouse, and prolonged process for present-time eligibility verification.

Great for Physician-Owner in Psychiatry

Pros

ChARM has served me well in my solo psychiatry practice. Before selecting it I researched numerous EMRs. It has all the components needed to run a practice efficiently including a built-in video component secure patient communication billing payment collection and e-prescribing. Its user-friendly with ample tutorial resources available. If I expand my practice it can accommodate additional providers. Plus its very affordable for my small and growing practice.

Cons

Integrating lab ordering and tracking could be more intuitive. Otherwise Im quite satisfied with the software.
