Pros
Ive been using this software for quite some time and honestly I can say with confidence that this system is super helpful when it comes to taking notes and maintaining records. As for the customer support, they are doing one heck of a job! They always get back to you as soon as possible and resolve the problem within hours. Very satisfied with their service; Great work team!

ChartPerfect EHR Software is a knowledgeable software and I customized all charts according to my preferences. I did not have to change a lot either because it is already solo practice centric.

I like how the system is user-friendly and easy to understand for beginners. The customer support is definitely one of the best out there is,they are responsive,helpful and cooperative. The templates are easy to customise according to every patient which really helps streamline our work. Overall, the system is flexible and easy to use from our side.

“Amazing Service and Support!
Pros
The attention to details for the system is admirable, they really put in effort for the ease of their clients. Taking notes and updating them has become super efficient thanks to ChartPerfect. I also like how they keep updating the software to make it better and better.
Cons
Of course, no system is a hundred percent perfect, the system also tends to glitch a lot and the format is not very user friendly for beginners but I do appreciate how they put in effort to improve it.

I wont recommend this to anyone; currently using a much better and a much more affordable software.
Cons
There customer support is the worst! The software itself is average, not very innovative and I would say slightly overpriced.

The attention to detail in this software is remarkable. Writing notes and updating them has never been easier, on top of that their customer support is one of the best there is. Well done guys! Keep it up!

I wont say this software is flawless, there are some issues regarding the template structure and sometimes it takes longer than usual to update but it does get the job done.

There are multiple options for patient charts and you can open new tabs. Customer service is amazing too.
Cons
Updates have been delayed for months. The billing and scheduling is boiler plate and needs improvement.

ChartPerfect introduces new updates every month and you do not have to install them because they are automatic. Their customer support is also very responsive and they actually implement your recommendations.
