“Fantastic value”
Pros
Between the price, the convenience and especially the CUSTOMER SUPPORT, this has been such a positive experience for our clinic. Having open chat access to the support team is incredible and the customer service is our favorite. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and they always follow up to make sure we've been able to sort everything out. No matter how big or small the question is, they're there to help. That level of support alone makes it worth the cost to me.
Cons
There are a few features I wish we had more freedom to adjust or edit, like certain reminders and the standard email/intake paperwork but overall those are very minor issues.

The system feels very user friendly and getting around the site is simple without any confusion.
Cons
I'd really like to see the scheduling features improved. It would also help a lot if family appointments could be moved together instead of having to reschedule them one at a time.

Having only worked with ChiroHD at 100% Chiropractic, I can't really compare it from personal use but based on what I've heard, it's a big step up from the system we had before. Overall, it's fairly simple to navigate and the more little shortcuts and tricks I learn, the more convenient my day becomes. Anytime I run into a question, the support team is also very helpful and quick to respond through chat.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is finally getting comfortable with how something works and then it suddenly changes or some random feature appears that wasn't there before. It can also be a bit glitchy at times. If you barely click a patient's name on the schedule, it will sometimes jump to a completely random spot and then you have to play a little game of "Where's Waldo?" trying to track it down. Still, there really isn't a whole lot to complain about overall.

Pros
Being able to use it from anywhere is a big plus, it's very simple to learn and the chat support is really helpful whenever I need it.
Cons
My only concern is the app. I'm hoping future updates make it easier for families to view each other's schedules and for moms to reschedule their children's appointments.

After trying a few other chiropractic software options, ChiroHD has easily been the most user-friendly and quickest to learn. Setting up appointments, adjusting the calendar and keeping patient records organized has all been very simple.
Cons
On the rare occasions we've had any issues their team has handled them quickly and efficiently. Everyone we've worked with at ChiroHD has been helpful, responsive and genuinely friendly.

At first glance it looks polished and modern. It offers plenty of bells and whistles that older software just doesn't have, including drag-and-drop scheduling and simple insurance payment posting.
Cons
Once you get into the basics though it really falls apart. I couldn't bill anything for almost 3 months. There's no insurance tracking and just to view patient billing details like limits, coverage or authorizations, you have to click through three different screens. It only gives the doctor an automatic alert when insurance visits are maxed out which makes no sense at all. You also can't edit or save EOBs. Oddly enough, pregnancy status is placed higher in the info tab than essential details like address, phone number or date of birth. Past, future, canceled and rescheduled appointments are all crammed into one tiny window so tracking visits is a mess. If you want a counted list, you have to click four times and even then there's no option to view only past appointments so you have to manually subtract future ones. There are no ledger or charge notes either. Charges in the ledger are color-coded as billed, not billed or paid but the colors don't reliably match the true status because the system changes them based on its own assumptions. For example, a deductible visit can show up green as paid just because the system thinks all funds were assigned. The internal chat also randomly deletes old messages and their answer was to tell us to download a free chat app instead. On top of that, I still can't add DX codes. I reported that to customer service on 11/17/22 and it still hasn't been fixed. Honestly I could keep going but there's barely enough room here. If anyone wants more reasons to avoid this software, I'd be happy to share.

Pros
The lead manager has a lot of useful capabilities and I'm really looking forward to the development being completed for lead reporting and Simple Reporting.
Cons
Reporting options still feel too limited. I'd like to break accepted-care patient results down further by referral source, get response time reporting from the lead manager and see Simple Reporting fully finished.

Cons

Everything about ChiroHD feels neat, polished and thoughtfully designed. The layout is simple and it offers a lot of customization which makes it fit my workflow really well.
Cons
I'm still figuring out a few things. I'd like to have a daily office checklist that can be added to the task list and automatically triggered every day. It sounds like they may already offer something similar with a "health check," but I haven't been able to locate it yet so I'm not completely sure.

Right away, the biggest advantage of this software is how usable it is. A platform can offer tons of features but that does not matter much if it is confusing or hard to navigate. ChiroHD stands out as one of the most simple and effective systems for building and managing a practice. Another thing that sets it apart from other options is how much attention they give to the details. Updates and improvements seem to come incredibly fast and they consistently make the software feel even more user-friendly and polished.

Pros
After moving from a server-based EHR, my only regret is that we didn't make the switch sooner. The system is very user-friendly, works really well for our large family practice and adjusts nicely across our multiple locations.
Cons
The one part I'm not crazy about is that the app itself isn't especially family-friendly. That said adding an integration to support that would be pretty simple.

Right from the start, ChiroHD has been very user-friendly and simple to understand. Our doctors really appreciate that almost everything is just a click away and completing patient notes is much easier than it used to be.
Cons
Our office handles certain things differently from other practices so because of that, we're not really able to make use of the care plan tab.
