“all-in-one practice tools”
Pros
Having everything bundled into one practice management system is appealing and on paper it seems like it should be a really strong option.
Cons
CT ProBill is a mess. There's no real support for claim follow-up or denial resolution so I'd recommend avoiding it. The add-ons are also overpriced.

“powerful after setup”
Pros
Once the system is set up properly, it's pretty easy to use. It does come with macros but they're fairly vague and some of the tests don't seem updated or well aligned with current evidence-based standards.
Cons
At its core it's more like a framework than a fully built solution. If you don't spend time finding accurate test clusters yourself, hire someone to set it up or put in a huge amount of effort on your own, the notes won't translate well for anyone else who has to read them. It is also expensive and if you want something truly usable across providers, you end up doing most of the work yourself.

“clear data entry tools”
Pros
Entering information is not a problem anymore and the data entry features are laid out clearly which makes them simple to work with.
Cons
It is overly complicated for what it offers and costs more than it should. The support staff seem knowledgeable but they are not permitted to remote into the provider's system and directly resolve issues which often leaves problems unresolved and can result in claims not being paid.

“missing basic ledger functions”

The support features, EHR capabilities and Medicare compliance are all valuable parts of the software.

A major downside is that the ledger is missing some very basic accounting functions.

“flexible macros, too many clicks”
Pros
A few things made ChiroTouch worthwhile for our office. To start with it worked well for a practice with multiple doctors and therapists. It also fit our workflow better because we could customize it with macros to match our preferences. On top of that being able to use iPads for chart notes was extremely valuable and ended up being something we really relied on.
Cons
The downside is that getting it set up felt unnecessarily confusing and almost like a guessing game. We rarely had a clear sense of where we were in the process or what the next step was which created a lot of frustration. On top of that even very small tasks take far too many clicks. The CT engineers really need to take a close look at the number of steps daily users have to go through and cut down all that extra clicking.

“Brilliant product”
Pros
This company's staff is incredibly kind and amiable. From their sales representatives and training staff to their unparalleled support staff. Whatever issue we might face, they go above and beyond to find a timely resolution for it. We had a time limit to complete the implementation of the new software and their training team was a great help throughout the process. They sure deserve compensation for their performance. As for the software, it is easy to use, very flexible and offers a lot of options for customization. Note-taking has just the right features for a chiro's office. This software has been a noteworthy help to our practice.
Cons
It takes some work to completely get it. Navigating through the system can be confusing but once you have learned it, it's pretty simple and easy. It streamlines the workflow.

“receipts go out too soon”
Pros
One thing I can genuinely praise is ChiroTouch support. After opening our practice and getting into the day to day flow over the past five years, having a responsive team has mattered a lot. I also really value the online community and the ability to get help right away when something comes up.
Cons
A frustrating part of this tool is that it automatically sends a receipt to every patient before I even get the chance to choose whether I want to print it or email it myself.

“worth every penny”
Pros
Switching from our previous system to ChiroTouch went off without a hitch. Right from the start the team was there with us every step of the way. Their support has been outstanding, whether it was training, troubleshooting or helping resolve any issue that came up. The software itself is excellent and really is like they've covered every detail. Choosing it was hands down one of the best decisions we've made for our practice.
Cons
The only downside was the cost but in the end it was absolutely worth it.

“navigating everything feels effortless”
Pros
Getting around the different parts of the system is very easy and moving between the various programs is not a hassle.
Cons
One frustrating issue is that the due amounts don't always match across different reports, like when comparing a ledger to a superbill. Another limitation is not being able to search for a patient by account number. It would also help a lot if account numbers appeared on all reports since that would cut down the time spent looking up patients. On top of that it still isn't set up well for offices that need to post payments at 50% or less.

“workflow and billing integration win”
Pros
Having everything work together is a huge plus for my practice. The connection with our merchant services and clearinghouse has been amazing and it has definitely taken a lot of hassle out of our daily work.
Cons
Setting up online appointments is not easy and it was not very user-friendly for patients. It is also harder than it should be to track visit counts within the notes.

“functional tools with amazing support”
Pros
One thing that really works well with ChiroTouch is how simple it is to generate reports, invoices and similar documents. Scheduling is also simple and the overall layout makes the software easy to use because everything follows a logical setup. Sending claims and getting remits back is very uncomplicated too. Tech support has been absolutely amazing as well. As they helped with our server transfer today and the whole process was quick, smooth and handled with no trouble.
Cons
Honestly there really isn't anything I dislike about this tool. It's a very functional and important part of how our business runs.

“support finally addressed our issues”
Pros
After months of trying to figure out the best way to use ChiroTouch across our multi-location, multidisciplinary practices, we were finally able to get the support we needed. We had a lot of questions and over the last eight months my frustration had built up so much that I had started looking into other software companies to solve our operational challenges. Thankfully, we connected with someone who really took the time to listen to every concern we had and worked through each issue one by one. Because of that help, we are no longer searching for another solution. The support we received made a huge difference and that person is a real asset to the company.
Cons
The biggest ongoing issue has been getting questions answered quickly enough.

“excellent claims workflow”
Pros
Right from the start getting this software up and running was pretty easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. Filing insurance claims works really well and makes processing and posting quick and hassle free. It's also nice that they're receptive to feedback and open to adding or changing features in the software. I'd definitely recommend it to any chiropractic office.
Cons
One thing I'd change is having more of the available options included in the base product. The extra costs can be a bit much especially for a smaller office trying to keep overhead under control.

“powerful features, clunky layout”
Pros
There are plenty of features available and the software can be customized in a lot of ways to fit individual preferences and workflows.
Cons
At the same time it seems overly complicated and most tasks take far too many clicks to finish. The various apps also lack a consistent layout, almost as if each page was created by a different person and no one ever aligned the design.

“helpful support, confusing statements”
Pros
Earlier today I had to contact ChiroTouch support because a new front desk employee made an error. A support agent handled a really difficult situation incredibly well and guided me step by step through fixing it and restoring the patient's account to normal. She truly made my day.

“helpful training before launch”
Pros
Getting access to online training and hands-on practice before going live was a big plus for us especially since this was our first time using an EHR. That chance to learn the system ahead of time made the transition feel much more manageable.
Cons
A few parts of the system feel inconsistent especially when it comes to figuring out where certain settings need to be changed. Like most software, things get faster and more efficient once you become more familiar with it. We have also run into occasional random functionality issues across all of our workstations and it has been hard to tell whether those problems are coming from our hardware or from the tool itself.

“slow support despite strong features”
Pros
Being able to customize macros has been a real game changer for my workflow. The software also comes with a wide range of features which gives me a lot to work with. I am only just starting the move to the Cloud version but it looks promising so far. It'll be really convenient to just log in through a web browser and get started without having to keep data stored in the office anymore.
Cons
Support takes too long to get back to you. Once they finally respond, they can usually resolve the issue pretty fast.
