“strong reporting, bad remote access”
Pros
Auto-posting has easily been my favorite part of using ChiroTouch. It handles post reversals really well and shows the RA comments for each visit right in the ledger. From that same ledger I can pull all kinds of reports, from summaries and detailed breakdowns to statements and superbills which has been a really nice feature.
Cons
Remote access with this tool is the part I absolutely cannot stand because it requires a VPN. That setup means only one staff member can be in CT at a time and I also can't view what they're doing to guide or help them as efficiently as I'd like. On top of that we sometimes have to share access with the doctor as well, depending on the situation. They've talked about moving it online but it still hasn't happened and honestly that should be their top priority.

Pros
The Accounting app has been the standout feature for me. It's amazing and works really well.
Cons
Getting macros set up does take quite a bit of time but once they're in place, note-taking becomes much easier. I do appreciate how customizable the macros are.

Honestly this new product hasn't worked well for us and we're already thinking about switching to something that includes reporting and offers practice management that fits our needs better.
Cons
There's no reporting, it's difficult to navigate and overall it just hasn't left a good impression.

Pros
The noting tools for the doctor are excellent and the interface has a clean, polished look. There are also several useful ways to search for and pull up patient records which makes the system even better to use.
Cons
The accounting portion feels like it was added later without the same level of thought. It's missing some features that seem pretty basic and that any experienced medical biller would likely have pointed out as necessary.

Pros
Using this software in a chiropractic clinic has been very easy. The layout is simple to navigate and it's user-friendly enough that daily tasks are easy to handle.
Cons
The only real downside is that it relies on the server so you can't log in from anywhere outside the office.

Getting started didn't take much effort and the training they provided made a big difference. The accounting and reporting tools have been excellent and customer service has also been very helpful without long wait times.
Cons
It comes with far more features than our office actually needs. A more organized version for smaller practices at a lower price would be a welcome option.

Pros
At the beginning when we first purchased CT, the software and all of its features ran flawlessly. Support was consistently available and all the extra tools and added functionality really helped our practice grow. Lately, though, getting help has become difficult and it seems like some part of the software gives us trouble at least once every quarter.
Cons
Patient reminder texts seem to stop working about once every quarter and updates make the first day back harder because there's no warning about what changed. When their system causes lost revenue, they tend to blame your hardware or anything else instead of taking responsibility and even getting someone from support on the phone feels like a joke. I'd strongly recommend looking somewhere else.

The system is simple to pick up with options that are easy to learn and it's simple to use from anywhere. The Micro set is also a helpful feature.
Cons
Customer service is a major downside and the pricing is hard to justify. Once they lock you into their service, it becomes a frustrating experience. I was never able to reach anyone even after leaving 10 voicemails and when I did bring these concerns up in our meeting, it was clear they didn't have answers and seemed unsure of what they were doing.

It is very user-friendly and getting quick help when needed has been a big plus. The software updates have also been beneficial, usually with little to no glitches at all. It's clear they stay open to improving the platform and keeping the features current so offices can keep up with constantly changing technology. The different ways to reach support really stand out compared to other software companies. Overall, it's a very great software package to work in and it just is like common sense to use.
Cons
One recent downside is their decision to move to an exclusive credit card support option. That said, there are still some workarounds if you want to stay with your current credit card company.
