Ideal for scheduling and billing

Pros

As a chiropractic office the tools we rely on most are scheduling, DX notes and billing and those are the features we use the most in the system.

Cons

The thing that doesn't work well is scheduling appointments in bulk especially when trying to book multiple people at the same time, like a whole family.

macro setup takes too long

Pros

Getting through my daily notes doesn't take much time at all which helps keep the day moving.

Cons

Customizing macros to work exactly the way you want can take a lot of time during the initial setup.

user-friendly for busy clinics

Pros

It doesn't take much effort to get the staff trained and it works very well across multiple clinic locations. As the system is easy to use which makes training several employees much easier.

Cons

One downside is that the servers can get pretty slow when everyone is logged in at the same time. There are also parts of the notes and billing features that could definitely be improved.

flexible features and note-taking

Pros

Taking notes with ChiroTouch is not a hassle and there are plenty of features that can be added or customized to fit different needs.

Cons

My biggest issue is the recent pricing change. They used to let you purchase the software outright but now the only option is a monthly subscription. That might not bother some people but I really dislike when companies switch to that kind of pricing model, unless it's for something like Netflix or Hulu.

helpful reminders and support

Pros

One thing that has worked really well is how user friendly the system is. Whenever something is unclear, it's usually simple to find the answer. The customer service chat has been especially helpful and being able to send reminders directly from the platform is a big plus since we don't need to pay for a separate reminder service.

Cons

Honestly I don't really have any complaints. It does what we need it to do and it helps make our day to day work easier by being thorough so there's nothing I actively dislike.

Pros

Whenever I am able to connect with support, the staff is friendly and does as much as they can within the limited time they're given.

Cons

quick notes, pricey add-ons

Pros

Getting SOAP notes done quickly is a big plus and the system is easy to use which really matters to me.

Cons

The downside is that every extra feature comes with an added cost and that makes the full platform feel out of reach.

Ideal tool for daily charting

Pros

It handles what I need it to do and overall it gets the job done. I am sure I could take better advantage of the customization options if I were more comfortable with computers.

Cons

I just wish I had a better grasp of how to customize the SOAP notes in a way that feels more natural and comfortable.

billing tools i really enjoy

Pros

Using this software has been very user friendly. As a biller, I really appreciate how simple it is to import EOBs, dispute claims and run reports.

Cons

One thing I'd really like is a web-based version. I'd also love the ability to generate claims as a PDF with the CMS1500 claim outline so paper claims for auto insurance and workers' comp could be submitted without needing to print on an actual paper form. Another small improvement would be showing the patient's DOB on every page within the front desk screens. Aside from those minor details, I really love the program.

What an amazing experience

Pros

Chirotouch has the ability to configure the EHR to my exact specifications. Billing tools are the best and it allows seamless integration too.

Cons

No negative remarks. I would recommend this software to anybody.

easy scheduling and billing

Pros

Basic scheduling and charge entry are fairly easy so handling those everyday tasks doesn't take much effort.

Cons

Getting help from support is a frustrating, drawn-out process that usually takes multiple days and several calls. Even minor issues have stretched past a month before getting fixed. On top of that the attitude from support can feel like they're doing you a favor by responding at all which is hard to accept when you're already paying $175 a month for such poor service.

Excellent experience, great service

Pros

Its been 5 years since I am using Chirotouch and I have felt nothing but impressed. Integration is seamless and the customer support is so useful. Chirotouch has made billing very easy for us. We love chirotouch. Highly recommended.

Cons

Patient statements are a little complicated.

Very comprehensive

Pros

I actually loved using chirotouch because of the ease it offers. Most of my tasks now are done electronically including reporting which is a great advantage.

Cons

I dont know if anybody else has faced this issue but I think the customer support is a bit slow.

A big YES for this software

Pros

Chirotouch has improved our clinical efficiency and is a very progressive software that allows a level of clinical accuracy not possible without.

Cons

Good software

Pros

clean design and efficient records

Pros

Right away the software is very user-friendly and the visual design is polished and appealing. It works efficiently for managing patient health records and keeps that process organized.

Cons

I do wish there were more customization available. There are some options to personalize it but updates sometimes change things unexpectedly.
