“False promises”
Pros
The interface is quite nice.
Cons
All the promises they made, in the beginning, were all false. All the features are very faulty. It is too pricey for what it offers.

“A little too pricey. ”
Pros
The fact that we need support makes it very expensive to operate. We also provide a lot of suggestions to them which they never seem to take into account.
Cons
It is not easy to navigate and patients often end up feeling confused!

“works well with BlueIQ”
Pros
It integrates with BlueIQ which is a useful part of the system.

The patient scheduling side needs work and the onboarding process was disappointing. My first account representative was rude and ignored several emails I sent.

“all-in-one time saver”
Pros
Using it day to day has been very easy and it has all the features I need to make my work much more manageable. The support team is always accessible through chat or by phone which makes a big difference. I really appreciate being able to sort out technical problems in a chat session while still staying free to answer calls and assist customers.
Cons
I would say the cost is definitely on the higher side but it lets me handle more work without bringing on extra staff. It saves me a huge amount of time and despite the price, I feel like it pays off over time because of the efficiency I gain, the employees I do not need to hire and the income I can keep generating instead of losing time to inefficient work.

“Excellent Support Staff”
Pros
The Chirotouch Support Staff are the best! As the only front desk person I had to use them a lot. They are all courteous, patient and helpful. Many times they have had to really work to figure out and fix my issues! I learned many aspects of my job from them. I am retiring in 2 days and I know I am leaving my replacement in great hands! Thank-you all!

“billing headaches and limited tools”
Pros
A few of the automation features are helpful especially around patient diagnoses. I honestly tried to think of more positives but there really isn't much else that stands out.
Cons
Using it has not been very user friendly and it is definitely not billing friendly either. There isn't even a section for patient collections and during training we were told we'd need to track that separately in an Excel spreadsheet. When sending patient statements, the system makes you either include every single date a patient has ever been seen, even the ones with a $0 balance or choose one cutoff date for the entire batch. If a patient has older balances before that date, you have to open each account and print those statements one by one. On top of that whenever we contacted customer service to ask how to do something, the response was usually just, you can't, the system doesn't do that.

“helpful updates, pricey add-ons”
Pros
ChiroTouch has been part of my practice since 2007 and I have been very happy with it overall. The updates consistently add useful improvements and make the software function better each time.
Cons
My biggest suggestion would be to include more features in the core product instead of requiring extra purchases for add-ons.

“daily notes helped, bundles don't”
Pros
Using macro sets makes daily note-taking much more manageable.
Cons
The cloud service no longer works with the app the way it used to and the favorites or hot buttons for diagnoses are gone. They've been replaced with bundles which are a lot less practical.

“Best Tool for Practice Expansion”
Pros
We love Chirotouch as it helps us incorporate intricate parts of the modern busy chiropractic practice into one whole. We see a lot of PI cases and the charting section helps our doctor quickly keep notes that will support his care and help us get paid. We also love the Front Desk features as its very easy for us to take in a high volume of new patients of all sorts of case types. There are so many places to keep notes on unique situations that it makes each individual real to any employee who might come and look at the account later. I love the reports sections. As a co-owner, I can find out all sorts of things in planning or debugging an area. Lastly their support staff and webinars are very useful. Theres a lot of little things to learn and they make it easy to do. I love the New Staff modules. Its a pre-set program for me to onboard my new staff by post title. Thats so valuable to us!
Cons
There is a lot to learn to utilize the whole power of the program. But little by little, you can get a better and better handle on it. There are a lot of useful add on services. Its nice that you can pick and choose but it does get a little pricey as youll eventually want them all.

“highly customizable and dependable”
Pros
After more than 10 years of using ChiroTouch, we've been very happy with it. The system is user friendly, doesn't take long to learn and offers a high level of customization. The developers also continue rolling out updates based on customer feedback which is something we really appreciate. Another big plus is the online portal for feedback, training and questions. If needed, the chat feature is also very helpful and the support team can even log into your computer to troubleshoot or fix issues directly.
Cons
Reporting still has a few limitations, although they are consistently making improvements and adding more options over time.

Pros
Very efficient, thorough, time saving and intuitive. Its been quick and easy to implement. The support that ChiroTouch offers is SUPERIOR! Thank you for making charting not a daunting task!!! A shout out to Pep and Dr Mark and Dr Owen for all their hard work to help us.
Cons
Even though you may have to pay what you may perceive as a bit for the ChiroTouch services, it is an unbelievable value once you figure out all they have put into this and continue to strive for excellence!!!! Try it, and you will see.!!!!

“clunky software and awful support”
Pros
Honestly it's tough to point to many real advantages with this software. I can at least document patient visits in it but beyond that, it rarely functions the way it's supposed to and usually falls short of what our office actually needs.
Cons
Dealing with customer support has been incredibly frustrating. It is like they brought in a lot of new staff after the Smart Cloud merger without properly training them. Just figuring out whether the representative understands the issue can take 20 minutes by itself. Even when they finally do, the answer is often that the system either can't handle what we need or that the feature is under repair with no clear timeline. The software is also extremely confusing, uses a huge amount of computer resources and looks like something from the early 90s. It's slow, tedious to work with, not user friendly at all and it can't even manage simple tasks like printing a clean callback list for patients who haven't been seen in a while.

“huge boost for our practice”
Pros
Running our practice has become much more manageable with this software and my staff is the difference too. It has saved us a lot of time and effort which has also helped cut costs. On top of that it has made things much more convenient for my patients as well.
Cons
There are so many features included that I still am not taking full advantage of everything it can do. I am sure that if I tapped into more of its capabilities, I'd be even more productive.

“Love the service”
Pros
Customer support is very responsive and professional. They have helped me solve all the issues I have called in about. At CalJam 2020, Pep helped our office set up some systems through ChiroTouch that we did not know we were not utilizing. We automated a few processes wed been doing by hand and were saving a ton of time.
Cons
Id like if some menus in the Provider All-in-One, specifically the scheduled/checked-in/checked-out menu, would open the highlighted patients profile when you click enter.
