“professional notes and fast workflow”
Pros
It creates very professional looking notes that are easy to read, works quickly and offers plenty of customization options.
Cons
Switching macros from the SOAP format into a one note format can be tricky but the cut and paste tools make a simple workaround possible.

“user-friendly system overall”
Pros
The product is amazing overall, even though there are still a few areas that could use improvement. One thing it does well is usability as it's simple and user friendly enough that just about anyone can learn it and start using it without much trouble.
Cons
Some tasks take much longer than they really should especially something like allocating payments. Without the payment manager, the process becomes a lot more involved than necessary. On top of that many of the features you actually need come as add-ons so whatever price you're originally quoted, you should expect it to end up being around $250-$300 higher.

“user friendly mobile workflow”
Pros
Working on the go at employer sites fits really well with how I use it and the system is very user friendly overall.
Cons
It still needs more of the macros that were available in the original server-based version, along with the hot buttons.

“real-time eligibility is a win”
Pros
Real-time eligibility has been a big plus. Being able to verify coverage at each visit right when the patient is there is really helpful.
Cons
Honestly there is not much I appreciate about the cloud-based version. The switch has been financially very hard on our practice and a lot of features that existed in the classic version are missing from the cloud platform, even though we were repeatedly told it would be exactly the same as classic.

“Amazing support / integrations”
Pros
The chirotouch platform and support are second to none. We have used other EHR software and Chirotouch has consistently delivered with top notch server side and client facing support for our clinics. There are outstanding options in the platform as well as a wide array of outside integrations that make chirotouch stand out above the competition. We will continue to use Chirotouch for our clinics.
Cons
Not yet cloud based but I am told this is coming soon..

“helpful tools with display limits”
Pros
Nearly every week, I use Direct Connects along with the Chat Widget and both have been really useful. The training videos are also very detailed and cover things thoroughly. Another thing I appreciate is how regularly the software gets updated especially when those changes come from feedback shared on the ChiroTouch Community page.
Cons
I'd still like to see more options for sorting patient data, along with better control over screen sizing and the ability to print smaller sections from certain reports or schedules. Most of my complaints come down to basic display-related features and how some information is presented.

“color-coded scheduling is fantastic”
Pros
The color-coded schedule was really helpful and checking patients in and out is very easy too.
Cons
Some tasks took way too many steps which was frustrating. Uploading images and attaching them to a chart was supposed to be more user-friendly but it ended up feeling overly complicated. On top of that if a process got interrupted, you had to start from the beginning again.

“billing breakdown is helpful”
Pros
Getting a patient's demographic details into the system is fairly simple and adding chart notes is easy too. I also like that the ledger gives a day-by-day and modality-by-modality breakdown of the billing.
Cons
One downside is that you have to type in your own diagnoses and paragraph text. It also really helps to be comfortable with computers because if you're not very tech-savvy, you'll probably run into a lot of difficulties.

“reliable practice management”

“support response is polite”
Pros
Everyone I have interacted with at ChiroTouch has been courteous and pleasant. Their online chat support also usually answers pretty quickly, typically within 2 to 3 minutes.
Cons
Even with that the staff seem seriously undertrained and unable to resolve even very basic problems. I had been using my previous software for 10 years and only switched because this tool bought them out. I went into it with high expectations and was genuinely excited, thinking I was moving to a stronger, more capable system. Instead, the training and transition support were basically nonexistent. I am extremely disappointed and regularly tell other offices to go with a different company. If I had the option to get my money back, I would change systems immediately. I honestly regret not looking into more client reviews before choosing this tool.

“We LOVE Chirotouch”
Pros
The support is amazing and helps us all the time - we are older and require help with computers and they have always been very patient with us. We love the billing side of things- auto posting has saved us so much time over he last year . The Intouch tool has definitely increased patients visit numbers as it reminds them each time they need to come in and we do not have to call everyone all the time !
Cons
Chat support can be hard to use for training , but calling in has always helped

“long tech support waits”
Pros
There are a lot of genuinely helpful features that make my work as a chiropractor much more manageable. The iPad kiosk app lets patients check in when they arrive and record how they're feeling. The outcome assessment iPad app makes collecting assessment data very simple. With the provider iPad app, I can take my work into the treatment rooms, document while I am with the patient and have patients sign forms when needed. The accounting app also imports ERAs and sends electronic claims without much hassle. As a solo practitioner, this software saves me a significant amount of time.
Cons
The only downside for me is that tech support wait times can be pretty long at times. The online chat support is usually faster but it does require typing everything out.

“scalable pricing, uneven support”
Pros
As a practice grows the scalability becomes incredibly valuable and the pricing is fair for what's offered.
Cons
Support can be a bit sluggish at times. Over the years, as the company has expanded, it sometimes feels like it has lost direction, even though the overall quality has still remained high.

“helpful reminders and full clinic tools”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the reminder system since it automatically lets our patients know about every appointment. The platform is also very simple to navigate and everything you need is right there at your fingertips.
Cons
One downside is that when patients get an appointment reminder, they still can't upload or save it directly to their calendar, like Google Calendar. Another frustration is that while they offer just about everything a clinic would need to run a medical practice successfully, they charge separately for each feature and that gets expensive for our office.

“dragon reports are fantastic”
Pros
Being able to use Dragon Medical with the software is a huge plus since it lets me create detailed reports that feel customized instead of sounding canned.
Cons
Their billing side really needs improvement because the in-house sister company, CT PROBILL, doesn't seem to understand California billing laws and they aren't certified coders either.

“Overall Satisfied”
Pros
Hands down, great product support!! That is critical when youve got no other choice but to get the job done. I never had a question, ChiroTouch couldnt answer. The accounting is straight forward which makes it easier for the billing department to collect!! It has saved my clinic hours on accounting time with the AutoPosting features!!
Cons
Initial set up took a little longer than I would have liked, but now that it is completely customized for my practice, it actually saves time!

“complicated billing and poor support”
Pros
The doctor portal is the only part that is somewhat usable and even that is awkward and filled with unnecessary extra steps. Honestly it's still the worst system I have dealt with so far. They present it as something fast and simple but that only seems true after spending a year learning how to work around it and even then it still doesn't produce compliant notes.
Cons
Pretty much everything outside of that is a problem. The payment backend is overly complicated for no good reason. Customer support basically doesn't exist unless you're willing to pay extra for it. They also refuse to correct issues unless you pay them, even when the mistake is clearly on their side. On top of that they keep taking money and not refunding it which feels incredibly close to fraud.
