“Fantastic support and billing”
Pros
The system is very easy to use and the customer support has been excellent. Putting together treatment records and handling insurance billing is very simple and efficient.
Cons
Switching from my previous software this one came with a bit of a learning curve but it wasn't a big issue. Plus there are still a few small quirks here and there but they're always making updates and improving the platform.

“Helpful support and training”
Pros
Running my practice is much more manageable with ChiroTouch. Whenever questions come up, the customer support team is consistently helpful and there are plenty of training videos available as well.
Cons
One small downside is that it includes a lot of patient options my particular practice doesn't use but it's never really been a problem.

“A billing workflow powerhouse”
Pros
The biggest advantage is how everything is connected in one workflow such as scheduling, documentation and billing all feed into each other which helps cut down on duplicate entry and reduces mistakes. Plus being able to submit claims directly from the system, with built-in edits and checks, also helps prevent avoidable rejections. The dashboard views are genuinely useful for catching denials, unpaid claims and outstanding patient balances without having to dig around. It also supports ERA and EFT which helps move reconciliation along faster. On top of that the templates and automated coding suggestions can make charge capture more accurate.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve for new billers so training is important if you want to take full advantage of the billing tools. One frustration is when working an ERA and needing to exit out just to fix something in a patient ledger, then go back into the ERA again. If there are a lot of errors to correct, that extra back-and-forth can take quite a bit of time.

“Access anywhere convenience”
Pros
Being cloud based has been a huge plus for us because we can log in from anywhere and having certain features available throughout the interface makes everything much more convenient to use.
Cons
Right now there's honestly very little to complain about with it. It feels well-rounded overall and they continue to improve it by keeping up with new technology.

“Fast notes with flexible macros”
Pros
Getting through notes takes very little time with this program and the layout is very user-friendly. Creating and using macros and templates is simple too and clicking through them is not a problem.
Cons
Even though note taking is already fast, I have been having some difficulty with Rheo when trying to speed up the note taking and billing workflow even more. So I'll be setting up another call soon to get that sorted out. Overall it's still a very strong system and once we've fully worked through everything, it may be worth doing another review.

“great for office efficiency”
Pros
Running the office is much more manageable with this system because everything we need is built into one program such as patient management, billing, scheduling and doctor's notes. The layout is also easy to use and it really helps keep the office efficient day to day.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost to the office. It honestly is like paying for an extra employee. Insurance reimbursements keep going down while its fees continue to rise so some months it becomes a real financial strain.

“Continually improving with useful upgrades”
Pros
The thing I really like is that the platform keeps getting better over time. The added upgrades, like CT Engage and CT Informs, have been valuable and we're also planning to start using CT Pay.
Cons
I do wish there were a way to dictate chart notes directly instead of trying to use Rheo while a patient is being recorded since that would make finishing chart notes much faster.

“A billing and scheduling powerhouse”
Pros
One of the strongest parts of ChiroTouch is the billing functionality. It really helps simplify insurance workflows, ERA/EOB processing and keeps everything much more organized. The scheduling tools are also very user-friendly and do a good job of keeping our office running efficiently every day.
Cons
Getting started takes a little time because there is definitely a learning curve in the beginning. We've also run into occasional bugs and some slow performance here and there but whenever that happens, customer support has been helpful.

“decent practice hub”
Pros
Having patient records, billing, communication and scheduling all together in one system is really convenient and keeps everything centralized.

“Quick notes with patient tracking”
Pros
Doing notes and keeping track of patient visits is very easy with this system. The overall platform was simple to learn and we were able to start using it right away without much delay.
Cons
The hardest part was integrating it with the software we had before. A lot of the data didn't transfer properly during the integration process.

“Simple charting with flexible notes”
Pros
Getting through my notes is very easy with this software and the different options available make charting fun. It didn't take long to learn either so picking it up was pretty simple.
Cons
Every now and then it glitches. I have been logged out while trying to save notes and there are times when notes don't carry over to the patient's next visit.

“A cloud-based patient management win”
Pros
Switching from the older ChiroTouch version to the cloud has been a total game changer. Managing patients is much simpler now and having everything in one cloud-based system is far more convenient. The customer support during the transition was also excellent and really helped make the change go well.
Cons
Honestly I don't really have any complaints. I like just about everything about it which is exactly why I chose to use it when I branched out and opened my own practice.

“its a time saver”
Pros
Running a chiropractic practice is a lot more efficient with ChiroTouch because it brings everything into one EHR and really cuts down the time spent on documentation. It also makes the note-taking process much more organized which helps keep daily workflows moving.
Cons
One thing that bothered me before was that intake information didn't carry over into the note. That issue has been addressed recently which is a big improvement but I still wish the imported content would automatically follow the formatting style I currently use.

“Custom forms with mobile access”
Pros
A software that I can actually customize for my intake exams has been such a relief. And I am finally able to make the program say exactly what I need it to say, plus being able to log in from my phone or from home to schedule patients is a huge plus. Overall it is so good not to be stressing about the software anymore and that gives me more time to focus on the rest of my clinic. Thanks!
Cons
Working with some of our offsite billers has been a challenge when it comes to integration. They pushed back on having to go through what they called the CT hoops and said it was harder than what they usually deal with from other companies. We also need to switch our payment system and they cannot help with that anymore since they no longer work with Global Payments. However, we're planning to try their new billing partner soon.

“has some billing hiccups”
Pros
Having records, billing and payments all built into one system is really beneficial. Overall it helps keep everything I need in one place instead of switching between different tools.
Cons
Their own service billing is not always consistent. At times they miss charging for a month and then that amount ends up appearing on the following month's bill.

“Quick insurance checks”
Pros
Checking a patient's insurance and seeing how much is left on the deductible is probably my favorite feature. It only takes one click which makes that part of the workflow really convenient.
Cons

“Longtime trust in Probill”
Pros
I have been working with ChiroTouch since 2008 and my experience with CT ProBill has been very positive. Dixie in particular was wonderful to work with as he is always kind, caring and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Support has been inconsistent at times and the experience really depends on who you end up speaking with. CT ProBill also went through several management changes within about six months which affected how it was being handled.

“Suggest different EMR”
Pros
I worked for a company that had it set up for years. It runs good if you do not need to set it up for a new business.
Cons
Antiquated, not in touch with current standards of HIPPA and insurance company recommendations, poor support, each support agent tells you something different, support argues with you and tells you that something didn't happen when 6 of your patients show you on their cell phone the opposite.

“A frustrating note workflow”
Pros
Being able to log in from anywhere is really useful and it adapts well to different case types, whether it's Medicare, cash or PIP. It also fits the needs of my small office nicely.
Cons
Once I complete a patient note, it sends me back to the scheduling screen instead of keeping me on the patient's chart which makes the workflow frustrating.

“great team and features”
Pros
ChiroTouch didn't take much time of ours to use it because the learning curve is very manageable. On top of that the support staff behind the scenes is amazing and it offers several options that I haven't seen from other office systems.
Cons
I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike. We love everything about it and everything we've used within this tool has worked well.
