“user-friendly for the whole office”
Pros
Once the training is done, the system seems very user friendly and easy to work with. A lot of thought clearly went into how the program was built and that shows in how well it supports both the front office and the back office.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the flexibility to handle small fixes or make minor changes. Tasks that seem like they should be common adjustments are not as simple to update as I would prefer.

“flexible notes customization”
Pros
The thing that really stands out is how customizable the notes are. After you learn how everything works, it gives you a lot of flexibility to tailor them the way you need.
Cons
This might just come down to user error on my end but I'd love the option to print notes directly from the All in One screen. It would also help to have a report that clearly separates uncollected write-offs from write-offs tied to contractual insurance reductions. On top of that I'd like the exercise add-on to be built out more like Chiro-up, with printable information that can be handed to patients. That would make it much more powerful.

“flexible screens and billing control”
Pros
One thing that really works well is being able to keep multiple front desk screens open at once so I don't have to close one account just to check another. Having several accounts accessible at the same time makes the workflow much better. I also appreciate that each type of window has its own taskbar icon which makes it much easier to tell everything apart quickly. Another feature I value is the billing setup since you can review the charges being sent to the clearinghouse before anything is actually billed.
Cons
A frustrating limitation is not being able to print a payment-only statement for patients. The ledger is also very difficult to read and if fee schedules are not set up, there's no way to reconcile an account that isn't being submitted and have the ledger reflect only the patient portion. For example, if a patient's visit copay is the full visit amount, once their payment is applied, it should show a zero patient balance but it doesn't handle that well. Even when using fee schedules, we would need to create far too many of them to cover all the different patient charge scenarios. On the insurance screen, nobody explained that the restart date in the middle of the screen does not actually restart submission to insurance and is apparently just a reminder. There's also no simple, functional way to send an individual email to a patient with a picture attached. On top of that there are quite a few extra steps throughout the patient process which ends up taking more time from start to finish.

“productivity boost for our practice”
Pros
After switching to ChiroTouch, our productivity went way up and the stress in the office dropped dramatically. What used to feel chaotic now is much more manageable. It has made running our practice far more enjoyable and that carries over into a better overall experience for our patients as well. I would absolutely recommend this technology to every chiropractic office. The added productivity pays for the investment pretty quickly. After using it for nearly 10 years, I honestly cannot imagine practicing without it.
Cons
If I could change one thing about this tool, I would make the training process, dashboard and website more simpler to use.

“feature-packed and time-saving”
Pros
The apps are really well done, with useful features for doctors, staff and patients alike. It's regularly updated and phone support and training are always available when needed. It saves a lot of time and I really appreciate being able to link important files like photos and X-rays all on one screen.
Cons
No software or support system is ever completely perfect. I do wish it integrated a bit more closely with my X-ray software but the extra steps honestly aren't too bad.

“reliable and user-friendly platform”
Pros
ChiroTouch has been very user-friendly to work with. The software stays current, remains compliant and has had very few issues overall.
Cons
Customer service and response times have gotten worse as the company has expanded. It also needs frequent updates which can be a bit frustrating.

“friendly layout and fast learning”
Pros
The color scheme and overall visual layout make the software pleasant to look at and well organized. It is user-friendly and getting comfortable with it does not take long.
Cons
One issue my team and I ran into from time to time was downtime with it. Since we were using it for about 8 hours a day, any outage had a major impact on our work. Over roughly a year and a half, I would estimate it was disconnected for around 40 business hours total. Sometimes it was unavailable for an entire day, while other times it would only be down for an hour. Another downside was the speed. Moving between workdays and switching from one patient to another often felt like using an older program from around 2010. Even a few seconds of loading can really matter when you're on a call.

“Excellent support staff”
Pros
It is so much easier to work with this software and stay above all matters with the tech support staff always available to help us with any and all issues we have with the system. The representative is competent, professional and works within the time limits that a busy practice like ours demands from vendors. They have played a major role in keeping our account up-to-date and helped our practice run smoothly over the years.
Cons
The system is still in-house server based which is not the safest option considered that nowadays almost all her systems are cloud-based or have cloud storage. I hope people at Chirotouch soon remedy that.

“Brilliant support staff”
Pros
Their customer support department is extremely friendly and beyond helpful throughout my experience with ChiroTouch. They are super friendly and readily accessible, there is no wait time when you call and there is always someone more than willing to help you with any questions or issues you might be facing, at any time and day of the week.
Cons
There are some issues that cannot be resolved as quickly as we would like them to be, as they often affect clinic work. Some problems require research as any technical problem does but the staff is always very efficient in resolving our issues as soon as they can and never disappoint.

“The perfect EMR for Chiropractors”
Pros
CT has all the elements necessary for a chiropractic practice integrated seamlessly. The charting module has specified features that make charting very quick. The billing system is integrated with scheduling which eliminates any confusions and streamlines the clinic workflow. the whole system is robust with all the bells and whistles making chiro practice easier than ever.
Cons
Considering how it caters to small and independent chiropractic specialty practices, the software is quite expensive. Although, there are other options on the market of similar products but none of them offer the degree of integration CT does.

“Highly recommended”
Pros
Our experience with chirotouch has been highly satisfactory. They provide a great and robust platform that has all the components thoroughly integrated. The workflow in CT is streamlined. I love easy charting is with all the built-in features and tools that help us run a smooth and successful practice. The company has the greatest staff I have ever come across. They are always trying to improve our experience with the system, and tweaking all the bugs for a seamless practice.
Cons
The software can seem overwhelming at first but once you have proper training and less than half an hour of one-on-one learning session, you are good to operate the system without any trouble.

“Review”
Pros
ChiroTouch has been a lifesaver for our practice. It has great features that ease reporting and note taking. The billing and scheduling modules are streamlined and the workflow is smoother than ever. The company tech reps have been a huge help through the years, from helping us set up to providing a prompt solution for any issues we face every now and then. They are knowledgeable and committed to helping you whenever you reach them. I am really thankful to them for always coming through.
Cons
Searching for reports is a bit of a hassle but I have scheduled training to understand the system better and I hope that will help.

“Awful experience. Lousy software”
Pros
I fail to think of a single redeeming quality this software possesses. They make big promises, sweet talk you into buying an overpriced service and then deliver nothing.
Cons
Everything about it. They provide no updates for the expensive undeveloped software. They do not follow their own contract. You cannot get a refund or get out of the contract before the agreed duration is over. They offer no help regarding any issues with the system. They failed to keep up with the right time zones for appointments. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. And after some time, they stop responding to your calls altogether. I cannot explain what torment using ChiroTouch has been. We lost tens of thousands of dollars due to the errors in their system and especially in the billing part. I switched to another software but they still charge me and when I filed a complaint, they refused to acknowledge it. I use drChrono now and it is a million times better than CT and offers good value for your money.

“support gaps in the past”
Pros
Running our whole office through this software has worked really well. The support has been excellent especially our rep, who will even jump in at 6 in the morning when we need help. She's been patient with training new staff, very supportive and really good at helping us use the system to its full potential. She also helped our office get caught up with the billing side during employee changes and her knowledge is impressive. On top of that the software is visually clear and keeps the office workflow moving well.
Cons
I don't really have much to complain about. The only issue I can think of is that when we first purchased CT a few years back, getting support took too long. That said, over the past year or so, about 90% of our questions have been handled through the chat widget, where someone quickly connects to our computer and walks through the issue with us. Usually it only takes a minute or two to get connected.

“all-in-one features we love”
Pros
Having so many features in one system has been a big plus for us but the biggest benefit is definitely the electronic records along with a reliable setup for tracking and organizing patients.
Cons
There are still a handful of bugs that need attention. After updating to the newest version of Microsoft Office, we lost the ability to import outcome assessments which is something we really need fixed. We also hear quite a few complaints about the subjective sign-in page not giving enough choices for what makes symptoms better or worse and it doesn't allow selecting more than one body area at the same time. Another feature we'd really like added is drag-and-drop support since files can't be dragged into this tool or moved around within it.

“worth the learning curve”
Pros
Getting familiar with everything ChiroTouch can do took a little time but our mentor/trainer made the transition much more manageable. They've consistently responded to our questions and concerns quickly and I feel very confident that choosing this program was the right decision.
Cons
There's definitely a lot to learn with this system. I have also had to spend a fair amount of time customizing the program to fit the way I manage my practice.

“Good for scheduling and checkout”
Pros
Scheduling is well integrated into the system and checking out a patient is pretty easy.

“workflow interruptions and poor fit”
Pros
A few parts of ChiroTouch are useful but to me those benefits don't really make up for the problems.
Cons
It's advertised as customizable but that hasn't matched what I have seen. Pop-up windows keep appearing and can't be turned off which breaks up the workflow. The screen size also isn't very adjustable and some interfaces don't integrate well with other areas of the software.

“adaptable documentation that shines”
Pros
Packed with useful functionality, this software has been fantastic to work with. The standout for me is the documentation side especially how flexible it is and how well it can be tailored to fit the specific needs of a practice.
Cons
There really aren't any major complaints on my end. The only thing some users might notice at first is that the large number of features can feel a bit overwhelming. Still, taking time to learn it gradually and adding more of the tools into your workflow over time makes the product more rewarding the longer you use it.

“billing and financial tools shine”
Pros
The billing and financial side of the software has been really amazing and works well.
Cons
Performance can be pretty slow and not very fast overall. The staff is only average at best and after using it for a few years, those little spinning circles start haunting you in your sleep. Support is entirely online and while they usually do get the issue resolved once you're in the system, it can still be frustrating.
