“office workflow made effortless”
Pros
Running the office day to day became much easier with ChiroTouch. Scheduling, patient records and other routine tasks feel simple and convenient and getting comfortable with the system doesn't take long at all.
Cons
There were regular updates and they sometimes took a bit of time to finish but they usually came with worthwhile improvements to the features afterward.

“familiar workflow despite glitches”
Pros
Not having to start over with a brand-new system is a big plus for me. I really dread the learning curve that comes with new software so the fact that I have been using this one for years is a real advantage. I already know how it works and that familiarity saves a lot of stress.
Cons
There are way too many features that either don't work properly or stop working after a while. A lot of time gets wasted fixing problems that were supposedly already resolved, only for them to come back again. It can end up costing money when patients miss appointments because the reminders stop going out and support never seems able to keep it fixed for long before the same issue happens again. The iPad connection is also a problem.

“user friendly than others”
Pros
After working with Forte Chiro8000, DrChrono and Jane, ChiroTouch has been a really positive change. The whole suite is user friendly and is simpler to manage across every part of the practice.
Cons
I still haven't been on it long enough to really identify any downsides yet.

“helpful support, needs cloud option”
Pros
Whenever something comes up with our CT account, their technical support team makes it very manageable to keep everything current. The representative we worked with was knowledgeable, professional and respectful of the limited time a busy practice can give to vendors.
Cons
The lack of a cloud-based option for CT customers is a significant drawback. I really hope they move in that direction as soon as they can.

“helpful support team”
Pros
Every time we reach out with a question, the support team is responsive and really knows their stuff. We're usually able to get connected with someone who can actually help us resolve the issue.
Cons
Training new staff after the initial setup isn't nearly as easy as it used to be. When we first got started, there was a structured training program each person followed, with role-specific courses, checkpoints and a certificate at the end. Now it's more of a general outline of classes to work through and it's not tailored to each individual role. The training content is still good but it takes extra effort to figure out which sections each person actually needs to complete.

“works wel for us”
Pros
Getting started felt very easy. The system seemed user friendly right away and worked well for what I needed.
Cons
There were moments when it got glitchy, though and it would occasionally freeze which meant restarting it.

“frustrating support and broken macros”
Pros
The macro feature is really useful when it actually works. The downside is that ChiroTouch doesn't let you copy and paste macros reliably because they tend to break afterward.
Cons
A lot of the time, I end up having to troubleshoot the issue myself. Getting in touch with someone takes forever and the tech support is terrible. They sometimes take control of my computer for an entire day and still don't fix anything. On top of that the computer will just sit there with no one actively working on it. There have even been times when they stayed logged in until the next day without providing any real help. It makes me feel like paying customers just aren't a priority to them at all.

“organized scheduling that delivers”
Pros
ChiroTouch has been really user-friendly and the way it keeps patient records and appointments organized is the part I appreciate most.
Cons
The biggest frustration is that email and text reminders do not always get sent to patients and when a problem or question comes up, reaching someone in customer service for help is very difficult.

“user-friendly fit for our office”
Pros
Compared with other software I have used, this one has been the best fit for our office. It's simple to work with, the accounting side is also decent and the whole system is very user-friendly.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints. As long as you have a great server and properly set up workstations, the system runs well and works like a charm.

“user-friendly layout with room to improve”
Pros
Getting around the different screens is very user friendly and the navigation is pretty easy too. It also offers enough flexibility in the layout design to personalize certain areas which is a nice touch.
Cons
The reporting sections could be organized into better categories. It would also be much more useful if there were an option to filter by more than just one area at a time.

“promising features, steeper learning curve”
Pros
The software was presented as user-friendly and fairly similar to the server-based version of ChiroTouch which made it sound like a comfortable transition.
Cons
Billing is such a critical part of getting paid so that piece really matters. At the same time, the system has taken longer to learn than expected and there are quite a few steps my staff still aren't familiar with.

“color-coded scheduling that saves time”
Pros
At a glance, our schedule tells us exactly what type of appointment each patient has because we've color-coded everything. We also block out time for specific appointment types and the system handles that really well. The biggest benefit, though, has been the text and email reminders. They've saved our staff a lot of time and opened up more time to focus on other office tasks.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a way to tell how long ago an appointment was originally scheduled. That would help us understand whether a missed visit happened because it had been booked far in advance or because the patient simply didn't show up.

“reporting falls short”
Pros
Across different practice styles, this platform does a really good job of letting us build notes the way we need. The customer service has also been excellent especially the Direct Connect sessions with their reps. They've been incredibly knowledgeable and a huge help to my billing team. It definitely makes handling insurance billing and collections through ChiroTouch much more manageable.
Cons
Reporting is the part of the system that has been the most disappointing for me. It's hard to pull certain detailed reports and getting demographic or psychographic information out of the system is more difficult than it should be.

“direct support that delivers”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software is the support especially the Direct Connect access to the support team. Whenever there's a question about the software, she's the person to go to and always provides the help needed.

“promising start, awful support”
Pros
At first, the software worked well and the support was fairly decent.
Cons
Customer service is the biggest problem here. You also have to maintain an in-house server since they still do not provide a real cloud-based option. The macros are very poor and the support experience is honestly terrible. One of my staff members even received a death threat and we were told their entire support team had been fired. On top of that updates almost always seem to create new issues.

“needs a more streamlined workflow”
Pros
Our office runs on this software and it does the job for our daily operations. That said, the ongoing support comes at a high cost. We've also shared a few ideas for improving the system but nothing really happened afterward and we never received help to move those changes forward.
Cons
From the patient side it is not very user-friendly. There are too many screens to click through and the whole experience could be a lot simpler and more organized.

“clean layout and organized macros”
Pros
The organized macros and the clean, professional layout are a big plus. I also enter my own customized notes pretty often and they blend into ChiroTouch really well.
Cons
Navigation can still be a bit tricky. I am not the most tech-savvy practitioner so when I stray from my usual workflow, I sometimes end up in a different part of the system. That said, it does help me learn more about the software over time.

Pros
Compared with what we used at my previous office, this software is much easier to work with and brings together several tools we used to need from multiple programs.
