Pros
Documenting, billing and handling accounting are all very easy with this software.
Cons
About once a month, the system stops working for one reason or another. Getting help costs extra and resolving it can take the whole day. The problems come from the software itself and they are not simple to fix.

Pros
Once everything was set up properly, charting notes became fairly quick and easy to complete.
Cons
I regularly had major frustrations with the A/R and billing workflow and it was a constant source of complaints. Fixing mistakes felt nearly impossible unless you were very skilled with computers.

Pros
One support agent has easily been the best rep we've ever worked with, hands down. She consistently goes above and beyond to help with whatever issue comes up.
Cons
The latest update has made things a lot more difficult but support team has taken a lot of the pressure off our business and helped us manage it much better.

The software is very easy to use, even if you've never worked with electronic health records before.
Cons
Installation and verification are definitely less simple. I have also run into a problem where it says my license has expired, even though my license isn't time-limited.

Pros
One thing that stands out on the positive side is the functionality. It is fairly user-friendly overall and new users can usually learn how to use it without much trouble.
Cons
The biggest frustration is that there's no care plan calculator built in. Since we're a chiropractic office that works with care plans, it would be really helpful to have a way to track in the ledger how many visits should be billed to insurance, the total number of visits in the care plan and payments made toward the total investment.

Pros
Absolutely the best option available and it has really raised the standard for chiropractic software overall.
Cons
It still feels like it could use a refresh. Adding more visual tools for patient interaction would help and the sign-in process plus check-in and check-out automation should be improved. I'd also like to see better macro functionality for notes.

Pros
Built for complexity, this system can handle a large clinic with a wide range of needs. It has the functionality to support a multipurpose practice well and makes managing an insurance-based clinic much more practical.
Cons
The downside is that it needs too much IT support and there's no cloud-based option available. It would also work better if I could rely on one dedicated support person who really understands how my clinic operates so I could use the software more efficiently.

Pros
Everything is handled in one system which makes the whole process very hassle free. The interface is user friendly, clean and polished and there are plenty of customization options to tailor it the way you need.
Cons
One limitation is that you can't assign multiple prices to a single item and every now and then the system glitches and removes more products than it should.

Pros
One thing that really works well is the ledger as it's very easy to review and makes it much simpler to show patients exactly what they owe and the reason behind the balance. The scheduler has also been a strong part of the system for us. It's user-friendly and being able to adjust colors and appointment lengths helps us tailor the schedule to match how our office runs.
Cons
A limitation for us is that there's no good way to distinguish between different patient types. We wanted the option to flag someone as a quick routine adjustment versus a patient who needs a longer visit and that kind of differentiation isn't built in.

I really like how thorough the software is. The team clearly puts a lot of effort into staying ahead of upcoming trends and user needs and they often address issues before they ever turn into real problems.
Cons
The reporting side is where I run into some frustration. It can be tricky to work with and I sometimes have a hard time pulling exactly the information I need.

Scheduling patients and posting payments is very easy which makes the daily workflow much easier to manage.
Cons

Getting started with this system was fairly easy. The layout makes sense and it's simple to move around and find exactly where you need to go for everyday tasks.
Cons
There is still a bit of training involved before everything really clicks. Once you get comfortable with it, though, it becomes much easier to use day to day.

Pros
Having everything in one platform is a big plus. Scanning records and reports is easy too and there's enough room to store and organize EHR files properly. The patient sign-in feature tied in with SOAP notes is also really helpful.
Cons
At the same time, there are ongoing issues, from being unable to delete old insurance policies to claims not being sent out and it doesn't work well with other clearinghouse software even though we were assured that wouldn't be a problem. Customer support does respond quickly and tries to help but the same problem often comes back within a few days or we're told it has to be escalated to development which can take more than a week to resolve. With that many problems especially on the billing side, the system becomes very hard to navigate and has ended up costing the office revenue.

The search tools work really well, interoffice messaging is helpful for staying connected and the billing system has been excellent.
Cons
The updates can be a little inconvenient especially on the iPad but it's honestly pretty minor and not a significant issue.

Pros
One of the best parts is the training videos. They make the software very simple to learn and navigate. The videos are also easy to find since they're right in our ChiroTouch library and whenever something isn't clear, I can go back and replay them as many times as I need.
Cons
At times, the software struggles to connect to the server which slows everything down because pages take forever to load. When that happens, the system also starts glitching which makes the delays even worse.

Getting started with the program doesn't take much effort at all. It's user friendly, simple and even someone with very little training should be able to learn it and begin using it right away.
Cons
The extra charges are a constant frustration. There are fees piled onto fees and then even more fees for features that really should already be included in the monthly price. Support is also terrible as you can almost never reach a live person unless you keep calling for days.
