“helpful navigation and flexibility”
Pros
ChiroTouch is quite easy to use and it does a good job of letting us move between different sections and make changes without much hassle.
Cons
There really isn't anything we disliked about this tool.

“basically functional”
Pros
It covers the basic functions I need and gets the job done.
Cons
I would say the performance you get for the price is terrible and just doesn't feel worth the cost.

“fast workflow and excellent support”
Pros
Everything runs quickly, the system is simple to work with and the support team has been excellent. It's also customizable in a lot of useful areas includes online forms, offers amazing data tracking and handles billing and insurance implementation really well.
Cons
The biggest limitation is that the intake forms can't be customized and the iPad apps don't offer customization either.

“reliable updates always”
Pros
ChiroTouch wasn't too difficult to use and the software works really well overall. Some people may not enjoy frequent updates but to me, those updates show the developers are actively keeping the system current and making sure it stays as up to date as possible.
Cons
I am not really a fan of one thing that all of the windows have to stay open.

“powerful for large practices”
Pros
It handles the job well and can do quite a lot especially if you're willing to pay extra for all the added features. For a very large practice, I can see why it would still feel worth the investment.
Cons
One frustrating part is how often the pricing goes up without any warning. Features that used to be included at no extra cost, like access to mychirotouch.com where a lot of the additional tools live, now cost more. The software has become so expensive that I honestly regret choosing it. At my previous office, it was pricey too but back then it still felt worth the cost.

“user-friendly with plenty of options”
Pros
The system is very user friendly and offers a wide range of options that work well for everyone in the office, from the doctor to the staff.
Cons
I noticed that certain payors that have been inactive for years cannot be cleared out.

“top-notch support across platforms”
Pros
Having support available through several platforms is a big plus with ChiroTouch especially with how mobile and flexible today's workforce has become. It's really helpful to have that kind of access when people are working in different ways and from different places.
Cons
It definitely comes at a high price and it's not exactly a budget option. That said, you do tend to get what you pay for. My biggest issue is that the annual support cost is pretty expensive and there are also several recurring yearly charges for features that really seem like they should already be included at this price point.

Pros
Whenever I reach out, the customer support has been outstanding. The agents really know their stuff and are able to help me fix the issue right away.

“patient flow works well”
Pros
From check in to charges to check out, the patient flow works really well. Scheduling is also easy, collecting payments is simple and billing is easy to manage.
Cons
One specific frustration is the way Alerts work. After viewing one, it has to be updated separately and there's no way to adjust the alert while you're already looking at it.

“faster daily note documentation”
Pros
One feature I appreciate most about ChiroTouch is how much time it saves me when I am documenting daily notes. It really helps speed up that part of the day.
Cons
My biggest complaint with the software is that it does run into glitches from time to time, usually tied to the server or a recent update and that can keep it from working properly. The good part is that those issues are usually resolved pretty quickly by reaching out to a representative through chat or over the phone.

Pros
Navigating the system is pretty easy so finding patients and updating their charts doesn't take much effort. It's available in both front-desk and practitioner views and both versions are simple to work with.
Cons
Some settings in the maintenance area can still be a bit tricky to locate or modify at times.

“versatile tools with support delays”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how customizable this product is. The software is very versatile and continues to fit everything I need as my practice grows. The accounting feature is also very simple to use which really helps my office collect the hard-earned money it deserves.
Cons
At times, reaching tech support can be difficult and I am not always able to get my questions answered right away.

“fantastic support and training”
Pros
After selling our old clinic and starting a new one, we bought ChiroTouch again because we rely on it that much. I had seen other reviews mentioning long support wait times but that has clearly improved. Over the past six months, every time I have called someone has either picked up immediately or within five minutes at most. The Support team has been excellent. Everyone I have spoken with has known the software and its features very well. There is definitely a learning curve for both staff and the doctor when first putting CT in place but the training is thorough and helps you get up and running fast.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints about the product.

“costly but feature-packed”
Pros
Customer service and IT support have been amazing and ChiroTouch includes far more functionality than any of the other programs we considered.

It costs more than other EHR systems, although it also provides a lot more than anything else we saw on the market.

“all-in-one and user-friendly”
Pros
ChiroTouch is a user friendly tool and using it day to day has been just as simple. The accounting is reliable, the scheduling module is easy to follow and it brings together everything my previous programs offered into one convenient system.
Cons
The only minor issue I have run into is in the scheduling module as you can't delete an appointment after it has been checked in. It's not a major problem but it would be a nice improvement to have.

“handles busy scheduling brilliantly”
Pros
Working as a chiropractic assistant and seeing close to 100 patients a day, a big part of my job is keeping everyone booked and scheduled without wasting time at the computer. C-Touch works really well for that and is very easy to use and understand.
Cons
One thing that could still be improved is during the transition from paper patient files to the computer system. We still rely on physical files for Workmen's Comp cases, personal injury reports and car accident claims. When we need to pull patient charts, it would help a lot if there were a button to print everyone scheduled for the day in alphabetical order so pulling files would be faster.

“customizable and flexible setup”
Pros
There's a lot of room to tailor this software to the way you work. After everything is set up making small adjustments here and there is pretty simple and it really lets you shape it into something that is like your own system.
Cons
THe thing I am not thrilled about is having to pay separately for technical support. I understand that some platforms offer it for free, though in many cases the level of help matches what you pay for.

Pros
