“Great support and smart scheduling”
Pros
Customer support has been really amazing and the notes program works well for daily use. Scheduling and billing are easy too, the color coding helps a lot and the layout is pleasant to look at during the day. It's also nice that the software keeps getting updated with new features. On top of that there are plenty of ledger and reporting options which makes managing the practice much better.
Cons
One thing I wish it offered is more printing options for HCFA forms for offices that don't submit electronically. Also, when scheduling appointments, there are times you have to switch between screens to pull in all the information you need.

“better focus on patients”
Pros
It has really organized the way my office runs. We're spending more time focused on our patients and much less time dealing with scheduling and note-taking.
Cons
Because the software is so powerful, it does take a while to fully learn.

“helpful scheduling, outdated system”
Pros
Appointment scheduling is the part of this platform I appreciate the most.
Cons
Using it is confusing and very outdated, like an old dinosaur of a program. Still since we already paid for it, we're basically stuck with it. It's also very expensive.

“powerful fit for our practice”
Pros
ChiroTouch has handled the day to day demands of our office really well. It keeps up with everything we need, from appointment scheduling and SOAP notes to constantly changing codes, reporting and other office requirements, all in a fast and efficient way. Being able to pull up and connect information quickly and accurately has saved us a lot of time, lowered stress in the office and helped support the continued growth of our practice. Thank you, ChiroTouch!

“reminders failing hurt business”
Pros
There are plenty of useful features in this software and although it takes some time to learn at first, it becomes very simple to use once you get past that learning curve.
Cons
CTSecure and CTReminders have been a real disappointment because they do not work consistently. The reminders issue is especially frustrating since I depend on them and when they fail it has a negative impact on my business. On top of that the add-on fees keep increasing which does not make sense because my usage of CtSecure has not gone up.

“better workflow across teams”
Pros
The integration with tools like Trizetto and Cash Practice really helps keep things moving efficiently. I also appreciate how the software connects the provider side with the front desk so the same work doesn't have to be done twice.
Cons
Reporting and statement customization still feel like areas that need improvement. Inventory reporting in particular could definitely use more attention.

“front desk flexibility shines”
Pros
Having multiple front desk apps open at the same time is really helpful. There are plenty of situations where it makes a big difference to switch back and forth between two or more windows. Posting payments in the accounting app is also very user-friendly.
Cons
One thing I wish was included when posting payments in the accounting app is showing the provider so when applying payments I can be sure the right provider gets credit for that specific date of service. It's also a little too easy to delete something in the patient ledger and a double-check prompt asking if we really want to delete it would help.

“faster charting and communication”
Pros
Communication around the office is very easy with ChiroTouch and it helps me document the work done during individual patient visits quickly while I am seeing them.
Cons
The initial switch can be challenging and learning all the new features felt a bit tedious and frustrating at first.

“helpful support, cluttered workflow”
Pros
One thing that's been consistently good is the fast, courteous customer service. The software is fairly user-friendly overall and there are plenty of add-ons available that help a practice operate from one central platform.
Cons
That said support doesn't start until 9 a.m. EST which can be limiting. Suggested product improvements also take a while to get implemented. The overall flow could use more streamlining too since there are a lot of tabs, apps, workflows and add-ons to navigate.

“helpful tools for practice”
Pros
It's simple enough that just about anyone can pick it up and even though it's a basic system, it provides all the essential information needed to run a successful practice.
Cons
The only downside is having to pay for it. Other than that, I really can't think of anything wrong with the program and whenever something comes up, support is just a phone call away with no long wait.

“seamless patient visit workflow”
Pros
From the initial appointment booking all the way through the patient visit and then over to the doctor for finishing the visit notes, the whole process moves along well.
Cons
One drawback is that the system only starts to feel user-friendly after several months of use, along with a lot of training before the team can truly work with it effectively.

“frustrating clicks and inaccurate totals”
Pros
When you finally reach someone in customer service, they're courteous and pleasant to deal with but getting connected to a person usually takes too long.
Cons
Getting anything done in this system takes far too many clicks. Accounting is spread across multiple sections so you have to jump back and forth just to review or complete basic tasks. On top of that the accounting totals in the system are often wrong. Their solution is to have you manually update the patient balance which shouldn't be necessary because the system is supposed to be accurate in the first place. Insurance setup is also overly complicated and requires working through three or four different areas. There's just too much room for human error throughout the platform. After managing our office for more than 25 years, this is easily the worst system I have had to work with. SOAP notes also should never be 4 to 6 pages long. I would not recommend this system.

“costly add-ons and confusing settings”
Pros
There's a lot you can build into the toolbox, with options for nearly any feature you might want. Once everything is set up, the system is fairly simple to use.
Cons
Almost every extra feature comes with a separate charge. Any time I need to adjust a setting, I usually have to go back through the instructions or ask for help again.

“billing headaches and missing options”
Pros
Once the system is fully set up, it's very user-friendly. Having everything stored in one place helps us move through patient visits more efficiently and keeps the workflow organized.
Cons
The billing side has been frustrating especially when trying to get the right patient responsibility amounts for certain insurance types. We'd also like more scheduling choices on the checkout screen, along with a few added note-taking options in the provider AIO section.

“too many screens everywhere”
Pros
One thing this software does well is connect with other programs and it's helpful that inactive insurance policies can be hidden. The insurance setup process is also easy when adding coverage for both new patients and those renewing.
Cons
There are just too many screens to work through and the lack of custom reporting is frustrating. On top of that setting up a new patient file is overly complex and takes more effort than it should.
