“streamlined workflow after training”
Pros
Once the training is done, the system is very well organized and is pretty easy to navigate overall.
Cons
One frustration is that if charges get entered before the insurance information is fully completed, they don't move into a waiting status so you end up having to go back and enter those charges again. We've had some charges miss billing because of that. The interface also feels like it came straight out of the 1990s.

“seamless software integration”
Pros
What I appreciate most about ChiroTouch is how well it connects with other software systems. That integration makes it really convenient to use alongside the rest of our tools.
Cons
At times, the platform comes across as a bit outdated. A more modern visual design would definitely improve the overall feel.

“helpful reminders and workflow”
Pros
Almost everything about ChiroTouch works well for us except the ledger piece. Having the patient's photo right in the chart is really helpful and the text/email reminders have saved our staff a lot of time. The front desk screen is also a big plus because it helps prevent missed charges or forgetting to check a patient out. We used to rely on paper charge slips that staff had to enter manually afterward so this has made front desk work much more manageable. Using the iPad for patient notes has been a big improvement too. Overall, we've been able to stay more organized, move more patients through the office and cut down on cancellations thanks to the text reminders.
Cons
The ledger system is the part that causes the most frustration. There are too many separate ledgers to review and they all seem to behave differently. It's very hard to customize them to fit the specific needs of a practice. What's really needed is one simple accounting ledger that the user can actually control. Instead, the system automatically splits charges and places them across different ledgers which makes the whole thing confusing.

“confusing layout and weak support”
Pros
There's a lot you can customize in the software, almost to the point where it becomes too much. Pricing is fair compared to other options and they offer several payment choices that help make it more affordable.
Cons
Support staff are courteous but they don't seem especially well-informed when it comes to the profession itself, billing, coding, clearinghouse workflows or the differences between health insurance, auto claims and workers' comp. The software also makes you jump between too many separate screens to complete routine tasks and the organization feels strange. For instance, printing SOAP notes requires going through a button called diagnosis instead of records... which is pretty frustrating.

“staff loves it”
Pros
Honestly some of the negative reviews are surprising to me. I mean you really need to understand what you're purchasing before making the decision. My staff genuinely enjoys using ChiroTouch and that matters a lot. The updates come out regularly and they consistently add useful improvements.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve because it's a large system packed with a lot of features. It takes time to fully understand everything but if you stick with it and learn it properly, it really does pay off and there's always more to keep discovering.

“reliable partner for solo practice”
Pros
After 9 years of using this software, the return on investment has more than proven itself. Since I manage a solo practice and handle absolutely everything in the office myself, ChiroTouch has basically been like having an extra staff member who is always punctual, never calls out sick and never asks for a paycheck. Jokes aside, the scheduling tools, electronic billing, patient monthly statement printing and the ability to track monthly performance and growth have kept my practice running well. I also really appreciate the added services, from automatic data backups to regular software updates, along with how responsive the ChiroTouch team has been. Their support during the ICD-10 transition was incredibly thorough and truly went above and beyond. Even now, I still occasionally hear from the same person I first spoke with when I bought the software 9 years ago. Over time he's felt more like an old friend, even checking in once in a while just to say hello. You really don't see that often.
Cons
At times, phone-based tech support has involved longer wait times, although I understand they've recently added more staff to improve that.

“constant clicks and buyer's remorse”
Pros
The only positive part has been the sales team. Beyond that, we've learned the hard way that the software itself is badly designed, awkward to use and constantly forces us to come up with workaround after workaround.
Cons
Honestly just about everything has been frustrating. This is the worst buyer's remorse I have had in my 50 years of life and 20 years in practice. Patient information isn't even kept together in one place as it's split up by case type. That means if a patient has X-rays tied to an auto accident case, you won't see them when you're working in their cash case. Changing an appointment from one case to another is ridiculously difficult if it was created under the wrong case and the patient is actually being seen for something else, like a foot issue instead of a neck injury from an MVA. It ends up taking what is like a hundred clicks and multiple screen changes. You can't simply switch the case type or account type. You have to delete the appointment from one case and recreate it in another. Then you also have to redo it in the schedule and once again on the provider side to update the note. Even something as basic as signing a note takes four clicks plus entering a password. It's exhausting and that's only part of the problem.

“Gelpful support and Great tools”
Pros
The scheduling and billing features work really well and dealing with our customer service rep has been a highlight whenever something comes up. She's incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely caring and makes my job feel a lot less stressful.
Cons
Well the insurance side of the program is the part that gives me trouble. It's difficult to remember the steps for switching the DOS to a different insurance when the insurance wasn't updated before the doctor entered the charges.

“robust integration that delivers”
Pros
After working to connect several different systems, ChiroTouch has finally made that possible for us. The initial setup takes a while but once that's done, getting through notes already is more manageable.
Cons
The setup can definitely be challenging and somewhat time-consuming but to be fair it's a very powerful system and their support team has responded quickly whenever we needed help.

Pros
Having a dedicated team focused on keeping up with all Medicare requirements is a big plus for us especially since we see a high volume of Medicare patients and need that support.

My only issue with the software is that it doesn't include a time clock feature like the system we used before.

“front desk friendly and well supported”
Pros
The front desk side is very basic and almost foolproof to use. Training was excellent too and the online guides do a really nice job of helping the staff understand how everything works.
Cons
The doctors felt there were too many buttons so it seemed a bit complicated at the beginning. Customizing it also takes some extra work and there still isn't a template available for letterhead.

“all-in-one practice powerhouse”
Pros
ChiroTouch is pretty easy to use. Once it was installed, the training walked me through everything in depth and even though it took a while, it really helped me get up to speed quickly. I can handle my entire practice from a single system, including scheduling, notes, billing, patient history and even upcoming birthday lists. I am very happy that I decided to invest in ChiroTouch.
Cons
To be honest, the cost gave me pause at first. As a small start-up practice, seeing the price of it and other office management systems was definitely a bit of sticker shock. That said, this tool offered me a payment plan that made it manageable for my office and after my first year using it compared with other systems I had used or considered, I am really glad I chose to commit to this one.

“customizable all-in-one office system”
Pros
Running an office is more manageable with this true all-in-one system. It covers just about everything needed in one piece of software. While it starts off fairly standard, most sections can be adjusted to match your workflow and preferences. It also connects well with other companies which adds a lot of value.
Cons
The upfront cost felt fair considering how much the software handles but the annual support fee comes across as overpriced.
