Pros
There's hardly anything positive to point out here, honestly. The overall experience has just been frustrating from start to finish.
Cons
Getting technical support is a nightmare. It can take more than two hours just to reach someone and when you finally do, they often don't seem to know how to help. On top of that support isn't even included with the software as you have to pay a separate annual fee for it and it's pretty expensive.

“packed with ehr tools”
Pros
It covers pretty much everything you'd want in an EHR. The macro customization is especially useful because it makes the system seem user friendly once it's set up the way you need it. A lot of offices I know already use this software which says a lot about how widely adopted it is. It also includes mobile check-in, appointment reminders, billing tools and just about every other feature you could think of.
Cons
Price is the major issue since it's definitely among the more expensive EHR options out there. It also comes with a lot of features that a cash-based practice may never actually use so for my situation it felt like more than I really needed.

Pros
This software is quite easy to use. Plus it works a lot like the system we used before so the switch was comfortable and the support team has been dependable and friendly whenever we've needed help.
Cons
One thing I really wish it had is access to Fast Keys. Right now, I end up relying on the mouse far too much and there are just too many options and clicks involved.

Pros
There's a lot packed into this system for a busy chiropractic office, with all the stats, lists and functions you could need. When ICD-10 rolled out and everything got chaotic, they also came up with a tool that made the switch feel simple and helped the transition go very smoothly. Thank you, ChiroTouch!
Cons
A downside is that support comes at a high cost and requires an annual fee. On top of that canceling the service takes far too much time.

“versatile fit for our clinic”
Pros
Since 2007 our practice has grown right alongside ChiroTouch. The software offers a lot of flexibility and customization so it can be tailored to match the way you run your office. We use it in a rehab-centered setting with 3 doctors and 4 CAs and it has adapted well to that environment. Support is quick to respond and the system gets updated on a fairly regular basis.
Cons
The one thing I still wish it had is a truly effective cloud-based option.

Pros
After using Eclipse, Future Health and now ChiroTouch, this one has been the best chiropractic software by far. It stands out from the others I have worked with and has been the strongest option overall.
Cons
I feel like the setup phase could have been better especially the initial training from the support team. I still run into times when I need help in the billing section so I end up calling support for assistance.

ChiroTouch has been a really useful program for our office. The layout is also easy to navigate and it does a good job of keeping daily operations organized and on track.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is the alert system. You have to be actively watching for patient alerts, otherwise they can be missed and go unnoticed for a while.

Pros
The software felt user friendly and simple to navigate and the interface performed really well. Having full EHR certification was a major advantage and it's clear a lot of effort went into building that out. Early on, ChiroTouch was one of the first standout chiropractic-specific EHR systems and it earned that reputation. I'd definitely consider using this product again down the road.
Cons
The deciding factor for us was the monthly pricing which led us to choose a different option for our practice management needs. In the end, we went with a cloud-based software instead.

It was one of the more affordable choices and looked like it offered plenty of room for customization.
Cons
Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating. Customer service is terrible and they come across as profit-driven with little concern for their customers or for backing the product they sell. The app itself doesn't function properly and they haven't been able to keep pace with Apple iOS updates. Even while still paying for the software, support is basically nonexistent and when someone does respond, the help is mediocre at best.

After using this system since 2008, I still like how user friendly it is and how much detail it offers. Whenever help is needed, the support team is there and does an excellent job guiding you through difficult situations.
Cons

Running a busy practice is much more manageable with this software because it includes just about everything needed to keep operations organized and efficient. The support team is genuinely invested in helping users succeed and they take the time to show how to get the most out of the product. They regularly point out new ways to save time and make better use of tools I already had which has helped me work more efficiently.
Cons
Live chat tends to be less helpful when I need a quick answer. On the other hand, calling the support team usually leads to a fast resolution and they do a good job answering any questions.

One thing that really works well is the final SAOP note as it comes out looking good. The iPad sign-in is also a feature I appreciate. Beyond those two things though there hasn't been much else that stands out and overall I have been pretty disappointed.
Cons
There's just too much going on in the system. The training was helpful at first but once we went live, it felt like I was pretty much left on my own.

One thing that really stands out with this product and vendor is the customer support. Their support technicians are very well trained when it comes to troubleshooting and providing training in areas where extra instruction or guidance is needed. Cheryl Davenport has been especially fantastic as she's incredibly knowledgeable, patient and every time I book a Direct Connect with her, I end up learning something new.
