“clunky features and tedious setup”
Pros
The training and support have been very helpful. Having video tutorials along with a personal trainer available to answer questions has made the implementation process more manageable than we expected.
Cons
Some few features are hard to work with. We are still adjusting the macro lists to match the needs of our practice and that process can feel overwhelming. It would help a lot if we could select multiple options at once to move them or simply click and drag them.

“helpful training resources”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how strong the training options are. They offer a full online library with videos and articles and if that's not enough, you can also submit a support ticket by email, chat live with support or even book direct one-on-one training. There are a lot of ways to get help depending on what works best for you.
Cons
A few small parts of the system feel a little more complicated than they should be. For instance, when adding a patient to the schedule, you have to type in the patient's last name every time. It would be much more efficient to have an option on that screen showing the last 10-15 patients viewed or used so scheduling could be done faster.

“helpful reminders and shared scheduling”
Pros
Using the text reminders, online intake forms and iPad forms has been a real plus. It's also very useful to view several providers' schedules together on one screen.
Cons
Getting into a patient file takes far too many clicks and when creating a second case for a patient, none of the existing information carries over. The apps also don't communicate well with each other and it often takes opening multiple windows just to view patient details and scheduling information. Overall it does not seem user friendly from the front desk, scheduling, accounting or reporting side.

“customizable notes that fit chiropractors”
Pros
ChiroTouch software is easy to use, offers plenty of customization and really matches what chiropractors need when it comes to note-taking.
Cons
Keep in mind that getting around the system can take a little time at first but once it clicks, navigating it becomes pretty simple.

“helpful support team”
Pros
After four years of using ChiroTouch, one thing that has consistently stood out is the quality of the customer service. The support staff is very responsive and always willing to answer questions promptly whenever we need help.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve when getting started with the software especially when it comes to understanding how it works and setting up customizations. A few functions also require extra clicks and a bit more time than they should to complete.

“paperless promise, minor issues”
Pros
Running Future Health Smart Cloud EHR has made my office almost completely paperless, much more organized and far more efficient. It has also helped us generate high-quality progress notes and successfully meet meaningful use requirements along with securing the EHR incentive payments. A huge benefit showed up when my office flooded this summer and I had to relocate unexpectedly. I was still able to see patients the very next day from a different location without any disruption. All it took was my laptop and an internet connection. The cloud-based setup honestly spared my business from a lot of extra trouble during an already very stressful situation.
Cons
I really do not have any complaints about the vendor itself. The only issues I have had with the software were very minor and whenever they came up, the customer service team was quick to take care of them.

“costly add-ons outweigh value”
Pros
At least there's now a monthly plan that's a bit more budget-friendly. The SOAP notes are easy to use and the quick SALT tools help speed up charting.
Cons
The overall cost is still hard to justify when we're trying to keep office overhead down. On top of that the features that actually make the software efficient are mostly sold as add-ons which means paying even more.

“customizable and efficient workflow”
Pros
This software is pretty easy to use and once you spend a little time learning it, it becomes very efficient to use. It's highly customizable which makes it work well for different office setups and there are plenty of resources available when you need guidance. The customer service team is also very helpful and supports you through each step of the process.
Cons
A few of the add-on services come with extra fees and those options are not always as customizable or as well suited to the specific needs of my office.

“online access and helpful macros”
Pros
Being able to pull up the schedule online is really convenient and it helps a lot that the doctor can open a patient's chart from either a computer or an iPad. The macros are also a huge help for the doctor and make daily work much more efficient.
Cons
Support has been a real disappointment because more than half of the team seems unsure of what they're doing. We also learned today that part of our training was missed which meant we had to resubmit the previous month's claims all over again. On top of that when it was first presented to us, we were told it could handle a lot of functions and that those were included in the price. After signing up, we discovered that only a small number of features are actually included and the paid add-ons ended up being the very features that convinced our office to choose this tool in the first place.

“excellent scheduling screen”
Pros
The scheduling screen is the part I really enjoy and it's very simple to work with but unfortunately that's about where the good points stop. The software was very expensive and I am honestly very disappointed with it.
Cons
Insurance posting feels extremely inefficient. The program lacks flexibility and is awkward to use overall. Getting support in a reasonable amount of time is nearly impossible and even when we do get through, the help hasn't been very useful. It's not unusual to sit on hold for two hours and if you leave a message, you may not hear back for two days. It feels like a big company that cares much more about making the sale than providing support afterward.

“costly and time-consuming to learn”
Pros
One thing I do appreciate is how versatile it is and how user-friendly it is overall. It works as an all-in-one solution which is definitely a plus.
Cons
That said it's more expensive than other EHR software options. And because it can handle so many different functions, it takes a lot of time to learn if you want to fully use all of its features.

“too much clutter and cost”
Pros
Plenty of chiropractors will probably get good use out of this software but it just wasn't the right match for my practice. There's too much unnecessary stuff built in and it ends up adding more cost, more confusion and more chances for things to be used the wrong way.
Cons
Customer service was disappointing, the software feels confusing to work with and the price is already high. On top of that the constant updates seem to keep driving the cost up even more.

“customizable and cloud-friendly”
Pros
It fits our practice really well because the system is user-friendly and can be customized without much trouble. The cloud-based storage is a big plus and their customer support has been amazing whenever needed. They also seem established enough to keep investing in updates and improving the software over time.
Cons
One area that could still use some work is the scheduler. They recently updated it to better support multiple providers but as a single-provider practice, those changes actually made things a little more complicated on my end.

“ipad access keeps us on track”
Pros
Using this product has not been a problem and having it available on an iPad helps our providers stay on top of patient information without delay. It also makes it much easier to keep chart notes current and manage charges in a timely way.
Cons
A issue I run into is not actually with the product or the vendor but with Apple updates. If the Apple software is not current, it can sometimes create a glitch in the system.

“fantastic support and billing”
Pros
From training onward, the support has been outstanding. Being able to get hold of someone right away who is both available and willing to help makes a huge difference. ChiroTouch delivers on features that the other two programs we used only promised or said they might offer someday. The billing and reconciliation through CT Proclear saves us a lot of time and has been a big advantage.
Cons
The only real drawback that comes to mind is that some of the tools that make the software so strong come with an extra monthly charge. That said, the benefit is that you are not stuck paying for add-ons you do not plan to use.

“helpful support and useful features”
Pros
Getting started with ChiroTouch was not a hassle and it comes with a lot of useful features. The hands-on training was really helpful and the customer service has been excellent. Whenever I need assistance someone is there to help and they also take feedback and suggestions for improvements seriously. The online chat feature is something I especially enjoy using.
Cons
At this point I really do not have anything negative to say about the software.

“reliable support that delivers”
Pros
Our office keeps running really well with this software. One of the biggest benefits for us has been the customer support. Anytime an issue comes up, I feel confident we'll get help the same day, whether that means they fix it for us or train us so we can handle it ourselves next time. Cheryl from the training team honestly is like an old friend at this point. She's always happy to guide our staff through everything thoroughly and in a way that really makes sense.
Cons
