“well-designed scheduling and billing”
Pros
Navigating from one screen to another is very easy and the layout of each page clearly seems carefully planned out. Scheduling appointments is simple, billing entry doesn't take much effort and being able to post multiple payments from a single screen is really convenient.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is remote access to our practice information through this tool when I am away from the office. Having the option to work from home on my laptop would make it much more flexible.

“Never experienced such a reliable software for chiropractic”
Pros
User experience is good. They have numerous customer support options.
Cons
It is a bit expensive, but it is worth more as it saves a lot of time. So, I believe it can enable me to save money in the long run.

“helpful training, costly support”
Pros
The training program is one of the better parts. The videos are detailed, cover a lot and do a great job of explaining the system. At the same time it takes a lot of time to get through and repeats the same topics more than once.
Cons
I feel like the biggest downsides are the cost and customer support especially when it comes to pricing and availability.

“clean layout and detailed notes”
Pros
Future Health is very user-friendly. The interface looks polished and pleasant which really matters when so much of the day is spent in the system handling notes, scheduling and billing. The SOAP notes are especially detailed and are laid out really well when printed and that has been a big help with collections for PI and WC cases. I work with several MDs, nurses and PAs on a regular basis and many of them have mentioned how clear and thorough my notes, reports and other documentation are.
Cons
The scheduling portion of Future Health could use a few more features. At the moment, there also isn't a very good way to print the day's patient appointments.

“support team always delivers”
Pros
Whenever we need help, the support team at ChiroTouch is consistently excellent. Every person we've worked with seems to understand exactly what we need without any confusion.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it. They've been wonderful to work with from start to finish.

“office workflow transformed”
Pros
Our office runs completely differently now thanks to this software. The boost in efficiency from ChiroTouch has been incredible. It keeps patient appointments organized, makes checkout much faster and helps us stay on top of documentation without the usual hassle. My front desk team actually laughs when we talk about the old days of using travel cards because this system has made things so much better.
Cons
Like any software, there's always room to make it better but the team does a really good job of listening to client input and making updates. They even provide a feedback section on their website where users can submit suggestions and view what other customers would like to see changed.

“notes and scheduling shine”
Pros
Keeping notes, managing the schedule and having important numbers visible all in one place works really well. Those parts are also pretty quick to learn. It helps the office stay organized and makes it easier to keep current with patients' conditions which is a big plus for day to day operations.
Cons
The training and support side needs improvement. Every time you reach someone who really knows how to fix an issue, there seem to be others who are not as helpful. Billing is also confusing and the statements are difficult for patients to understand. If that area were simplified, the product would be much better overall. On top of that getting support can be frustrating since waiting in the online queue is annoying at times.

“helpful compliance and claims tools”
Pros
Getting through claims and documentation is pretty easy with this software. It includes all the legal requirements needed to file claims and complete notes properly so there's less worry about missing something required by law or having to go back and double-check everything.
Cons
Its cost is pretty high especially when you're just getting started with your own practice.

“flexible notes and scheduling”
Pros
Being able to annotate SOAP notes quickly is a big plus and the macros help fill in common entries without wasting time. It's also much more flexible to update notes, payments, scheduling and other details in this system than in some others where once data is entered, you're basically locked in.
Cons
The thing missing is a phone app for quick access to schedules when away from the office. The system is also pretty layered so getting the macros set up for session documentation can take a little while.

“support is top-notch”
Pros
Their customer support is the best part by far. They're an excellent company to work with and always good to deal with.
Cons
Now for the downside, if your office still works mainly with insurance patients who come in, pay a co-pay and then you bill the insurance company afterward, this system can be a good fit. But if your practice relies on cash payments or prepayments, I'd honestly say save your money because this software is not built for that. Their advertising and marketing remind me of Apple because it feels modern and forward-thinking but the actual program feels more like old DOS. It seems stuck in the 80s and the iPad app still isn't where it needs to be. I have run into a lot of issues with it and one of the first is the timeout setting like 10 seconds is just not practical especially for older patients.

“front desk scheduling works beautifully”
Pros
Being able to schedule from both the Front Desk and the Scheduling module is really convenient. Checking out patients with the SALT option is especially simple and posting ERA payments is usually quick and painless.
Cons
Once a payment is posted, you can't just edit it without deleting the whole payment and re-entering everything. Posting an ERA also becomes impossible if one of the paid claims has an error that can't be fixed and appointments can't be moved without fully rescheduling them.

“fits chiropractic practice perfectly”
Pros
It keeps our office running efficiently and handles the way a chiropractic practice works really well especially since it adapts nicely to our industry and other alternative medicine services.
Cons
A limitation is reporting as we can't always find every report our company needs because there isn't a way for us to build custom reports.

“customizable and well supported”
Pros
Switching from dictation to this program took a bit of adjustment at first but the company has been excellent about following up and answering questions quickly. I get weekly emails with helpful tips and there are plenty of videos that walk through everything clearly. The system is highly customizable and I was able to tailor it to fit the way I work pretty quickly. I am really happy I picked ChiroTouch as my software.
Cons
One minor day to day annoyance comes up in the notes. if I fall a little behind and don't finish them the same day, I have to search for the patient again. That's really the only issue I have run into and I have been using it for about three months.

“implementation headaches and broken promises”
Pros
The advertising in chiropractic magazines makes the product look appealing and it does come with plenty of extra features and add-ons, although many of those cost more. In actual day to day use, though, it ends up being very labor intensive for a practitioner who is trying to keep up with patient flow.
Cons
Getting this set up was a nightmare. A lot of the features that were promised either do not work or fall short and at this point it feels like more flash than substance. On top of that I am now getting the runaround when trying to cancel the service.

“comprehensive tools that deliver”
Pros
Once you take the time to learn the details, it turns out to be very comprehensive and genuinely helpful. The electronic touch features and macros are a big improvement over relying on the keyboard alone.
Cons
It does take quite a while to customize the software so it feels more personal and reads like it was written by the doctor instead of sounding fully automated.

“powerful once fully configured”
Pros
Packed with just about everything you could need, this product is incredibly capable. Getting started takes some effort because the learning curve is fairly steep but it's definitely manageable. Once everything is properly set up and you know your way around the program, it ends up saving a huge amount of time.
Cons
Support is barely there when you need it. Even when I am able to reach someone, the usual response is to send me over to CT Community instead of actually helping. I have also paid for services I still can't use, simply because I haven't been able to get the support needed to set them up.
