“versatile platform for daily workflows”
Pros
From front-desk tasks to back-office work, notes and reporting, the platform handles a wide range of needs really well. It's user-friendly, versatile and makes everyday office work very simple to manage.
Cons
After more than 10 years with the excellent CT Server version, it's been nice to see the CT Cloud version improving month by month. That said, quite a few screens could still be more efficient and better optimized for mouse use or touch screens. Even with that, I still really like using it.

Pros
Using it day to day has been really enjoyable because the system is simple to operate and the overall quality of the product is strong. Those two things together make my job much more pleasant.
Cons
The only real downside I can point to is the limited choice of appointment colors. Several of them look too similar so they can blend together and cause confusion in the scheduler.

The cloud-based setup has made the system very easy to work with and it has helped everything in the office run more efficiently and with less hassle.
Cons
I really haven't run into any major problems. The only thing I have noticed is that a few reports available in CT Classic don't seem to be in this version so it would be helpful if those could be migrated.

Using it has not been a problem and it's really helped organize our workflow.
Cons
The biggest challenge has been the training after moving over. My trainer was excellent but going from the Classic version to the Cloud version, it really feels like training should continue for at least 3 to 6 months. Too many issues come up after the initial sessions and a lot of the time the agents are offline.

Everything ties together really well and runs in sync. SOAP notes are simple to handle, coding is easy too and the billing is the best I have come across so far.
Cons
It is a bit expensive but I still think it's worth the cost. The online scheduler also has some layout limitations that I am not a fan of, though that may be improved down the road.

Being able to use the cloud service to book appointments while I am on the go is really convenient and makes the whole process feel much more accessible.
Cons
My only real frustration is that certain fields aren't very tab-friendly and there are times when common charges or selections don't automatically fill in the way I'd expect.

The platform keeps evolving and you can tell they're continually cleaning things up. It has become better over time and many parts are now much easier to use.
Cons
At the beginning getting started with it felt overwhelming and it wasn't very user-friendly. We've been using it for three years now, though and it has continued to improve the whole time.

Pros
Writing notes is very easy with ChiroTouch and even though there are still some areas that could be better, the product keeps improving with ongoing updates.
Cons
Getting in touch with tech support to set up a meeting can be frustrating and because the system is updated so often, things sometimes end up breaking or not working correctly.

One thing I have really appreciated is how flexible the program is especially being able to customize my own templates so daily patient care is more efficient and practical. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've needed help and the updates have continued to be useful and worthwhile.
Cons
Every now and then when we reach out for help, customer support isn't able to fully resolve the questions we have. That tends to happen more with billing-related issues, although outside of that they're usually very helpful.

Having the cloud setup is really helpful because I can get into the EHR even while I am at a show or event. It makes taking payments on the spot much more convenient and I can also keep up with the latest schedule in real time.
Cons
At times it does run a bit slow. Loading documents or entering information can occasionally take longer than I'd expect.

“I love the customizable chart notes”

CT has been a pleasure to use lately. The team has clearly put a lot of effort into making everything run better and it really shows. Even the little updates, like the color option for add ins on the calendar, are appreciated. The calendar is very simple to work with and being able to customize the chart notes to fit my preferences and workflow has been the biggest plus.
Cons
There are still a few minor discrepancies in the reports but I am hopeful those will be improved over time.

Compared with other options out there, this still is like the most user friendly software on the market. It's extremely customizable, whether you run a wellness-focused practice or one that is completely insurance-based. I also have real peace of mind knowing my charts stay current and would be ready for court if that ever became necessary.
Cons
I have been using CT for nearly 20 years and while the training used to be excellent back in the earlier days, now it's just okay.

Scheduling appointments, writing notes and texting patients all work really well and make day to day tasks much more convenient.
Cons
It doesn't work on an iPad and the patient statements could be more detailed about whether a balance is from a deductible, copay or something else.

Switching to ChiroTouch has been such a relief because the software is very simple to use and getting started was completely hassle free. I honestly can't believe I stayed with my old system for so long. I spent so many hours trying to patch different programs together just to handle what my office needed, when ChiroTouch could have done it all in one place. Now my notes and daily office tasks are together in one system and the whole workflow is much more organized.
Cons
Nothing major at this point. The only thing I'd really want is for the notes feature to automatically reformat sentences by changing the wording or order a bit so it doesn't seem like I am using the exact same phrasing in every note.

The online scheduling and payment integration have been really convenient and work well for our needs.
Cons
One thing that still needs improvement is access to more detailed, specific reports. It would also help to be able to adjust the schedule by opening a non-routine day for a specific provider when they're covering or temporarily switching days. Another missing feature is the ability to apply individual patient account credit or debit lines for write-offs or gift card purchases.
