“Narrative notes that really deliver”
Pros
Its narrative note-writing tools work really well especially since they can carry details forward into the next day's notes for each patient. A lot of the features fit chiropractic workflows nicely and do an amazing job of helping keep documentation up to date.
Cons
For physical therapy, though, it's not very user-friendly. A lot of the features don't translate well because you have to adjust parameters on every single note, including exact time in and out, exercise changes, subjective statements, assessments, treatment minutes and other visit-specific updates that all need to be entered manually each time. It would help a lot if unit charges could automatically connect with treatment minutes and modalities used since that would cut down on mistakes.

ChiroTouch customer service has been excellent and it is one of the simplest programs to work with.
Cons

“very appealing design”
Pros
The look and feel of ChiroTouch stood out to me. The interface is polished, visually appealing and pleasant to use when working on notes or checking patients out.
Cons
One limitation I have noticed is that the online version doesn't fully support everything a Chiropractic and Nutrition office may need to do, depending on the functions available in the software. The desktop version may be different, though.

Pros
Customizing notes is not problem and I really like how well the front desk functions work with the rest of the system. The diagnosis and charge setup is also very useful.
Cons
The statements feature could be better especially the way billing statements are formatted and printed.

“A user-friendly billing powerhouse”
Pros
ChiroTouch is very user friendly. It's easy to navigate, simple to use and comes with all the billing features needed in one complete system.
Cons
Switching through the software updates and the move to the cloud took some adjustment but the transition went smoothly overall and the cloud version has been very beneficial to work with.

Pros
Other than having a friendly salesperson and a low price there really is not much positive to say. Honestly I'd tell anyone to run the other way and avoid buying it unless you have plenty of time as a business owner to constantly chase down answers and babysit the whole process.
Cons
The customer service is terrible and the guidance they provide is just as bad. The implementation process and the support around it were also handled poorly. We actually had to escalate things and ask for the first specialist assigned to our project to be taken off. The second person was slightly better but still nowhere near the level of support we are used to. On top of that we are now having problems with their merchant services and we still cannot collect payments because no one can give us a clear or correct answer. Even worse, they refuse to follow my suggestion to set up a Zoom or Teams meeting to sort it out.

Pros
ChiroTouch is very easy to use as the system is almost self-explanatory so it doesn't take much time to learn. It's also really helpful that you can switch back and forth between screens without any hassle.
Cons
One thing I'd really want added is the ability to identify and select patients who haven't been seen in a while. It would also be useful to filter the birthday list so it only includes people who have been seen within the past year.

“overall a complete clinic hub”
Pros
Having booking, billing, documentation, sales, appointment reminders and more all together in one system makes it feel like a complete hub for running the clinic. It really covers just about everything you need in one place.
Cons
The only issue I have run into has been occasional trouble logging into the CT community.

Pros
The cloud-based setup and simple charting have been a big plus. I also really appreciate the payment system syncing directly with the ledger which keeps everything organized and clean.
Cons
To me cost is the biggest issue. Plus I used to have access to the single-note feature before and now that it's gone, I definitely miss having it.

Pros
Having all the ChiroTouch tools and features available on a single webpage is a big plus compared to bouncing between separate apps. Another thing I really love is being able to access the software from wherever I want.
Cons
I feel like the training process could be better especially having to rewatch webinars and deal with the limited availability of the onboarding team's schedule.

Pros
Getting patient records set up is very easy and being able to attach a photo to each patient is really helpful. The daily check-in process is also simple and works very well.
Cons
To be honest I haven't run into any real issues yet, although I still need to learn how to process a write-off when a bill isn't paid in full.

Having cloud access makes a big difference because I can get into the system from anywhere and it's reassuring to know all of our data is backed up and kept secure.

Pros
Using it has not been a problem especially when dealing with insurance billing. Whenever something came up, the support team was extremely helpful and quick to assist.
Cons
The only downside on the cloud version is the scheduled maintenance every Sunday night which can be frustrating if you need to finish up work before Monday morning.

Sending claims through it is really efficient and there are tons of applications available to use. It is a lot like having a smartphone for my practice honestly it seems smarter than I am.
Cons
It is expensive although I really do not have anything else to compare it with. At this point, it is the only EHR system I would ever use.
