Switching from the legacy version of ChiroTouch to the cloud has been very simple for our whole team. It's also really helpful that the doctors can complete their notes from home whenever they need to.

Having customizable hot buttons for the tasks we use most in our practice makes the system much more convenient to work with every day.
Cons

Designed specifically with chiropractors in mind as it really understands what's most useful in a clinic setting. The company also seems to listen to user feedback regularly and often puts those suggestions into practice.
Cons

Being able to log into the program from anywhere is really convenient and makes it much easier to stay connected when I am away from the office.
Cons
They're still making improvements to the software which is a positive overall but I am still hoping they add the ability to send faxes directly from the program and make charging credit card fees simple.

ChiroTouch is like the original chiropractic EHR and it offers tons of integration options which makes it possible to tailor the patient experience in a very customized way.
Cons
Because it includes so many features, it can feel a little bulky and harder to learn or navigate. There have also been quite a few cloud-related problems which leads to too much downtime, even while seeing patients. On top of that I never really found a good place in the system to enlarge X-ray images enough to view them clearly during adjustments.

Everything about it is very user friendly. The notes work really well, the scheduling is excellent and the online scheduling has been a big plus. My patients are able to use it without trouble and they really like that feature too.
