Pros

ChiroTouch has been very user-friendly and it helps speed up my workflow a lot.

Cons

There are times when it takes a bit longer to load but overall it's still an excellent system.

Helpful training but constant changes

Pros

Getting around the system is pretty easy and most features are self-explanatory. Whenever something isn't immediately clear, there are training videos available that help you figure it out.

Cons

There are frequent updates so things tend to change often.

Feature-packed and highly effective

Pros

Out of all the systems we have used, ChiroTouch has been the most effective by far. It includes so many essential features and they're easy to use. I'd absolutely recommend this system to any company considering it.

Cons

One thing I'd want improved is the ability to change dates without having to delete anything first.

Cloud access from anywhere

Pros

Being cloud-based is a big plus because we can get to it from anywhere which makes things a lot more convenient for our team.

Cons

A lot of the windows require too many clicks and there still isn't a simple way to upload X-rays or MRIs like there was in the server-based version of CT. Billing wellness Medicare patients can also be frustrating when there's no onset date.

payments made simple

Pros

Handling billing submissions and posting payments is very easy with this software. Getting the clearinghouse integrated and set up was also much simpler than I expected.

Cons

I do wish the process for adding insurance companies was more convenient and it would be better if insurance verification could be done more easily within the program.

Billing and patient paperwork

Pros

The system is pretty easy to understand and use. We really love being able to send paperwork directly to our patients and the billing process is simple as well.

Cons

There really isn't anything we dislike about it as it's been a very good system for us.

Cloud access that delivers

Pros

Everything about it is really good and it works well with insurance requirements. The cloud-based CT program is especially useful because I can get to it from anywhere.

Cons

I noticed the biggest limitation is that the macros don't offer much room for customization.

Custom macros are fantastic

Pros

Being able to customize macros in SOAP notes is a huge plus and makes documentation much more efficient.

Cons

Certain pages are not very friendly to smaller screens which can make them a bit awkward to use.

Handy macros for charting

Pros

Using it day to day is pretty easy and being able to set up macros plus quick buttons for notes makes documentation much faster.

Cons

The online scheduling feature still falls short because it doesn't alert the provider or sync with Apple or Google Calendar so I have to keep checking the schedule manually.

Web access that works beautifully

Pros

Being able to sign in through the internet instead of relying on a server-based application is a big plus. Once you learn your way around it, the software is very user friendly and works really well.

Cons

EDI billing can be confusing to set up at first but after the billing settings are entered correctly, it performs well.

Scheduling and patient flow shine

Pros

Scheduling appointments, moving them around and adding new patients is really easy which makes day to day workflow much better.

Cons

The ledger is the part I struggle with most. I just wish handling payments was more simple.

Hot buttons boost workflow

Pros

Having the hot button feature keeps the macros I use most right in front of me so I can get to them in just a few clicks.

Cons

One annoyance is that diagnosis codes don't automatically carry over into the charges when the charges are already entered. The system also doesn't handle syncing notes within itself very well.

Pros

One thing that works well is the accessibility. It can be used across multiple platforms, including computers and smartphones which makes it convenient to access from different devices.

Auto allocation and patient ledger win

Pros

I would say the auto-allocation system has proven to be really helpful and some parts of the patient ledger work very well too.

Cons

Its reporting system is the part I don't like. Also it could be improved and made more like ECW software or offered as a cloud-based solution.

The system is very user friendly and one thing that really stands out is how Trizetto payments post directly into the patient charts.

Cons

A downside is not having hands-on training with a live person.
