Getting around the system is pretty easy and most features are self-explanatory. Whenever something isn't immediately clear, there are training videos available that help you figure it out.
Cons
There are frequent updates so things tend to change often.

Pros
Out of all the systems we have used, ChiroTouch has been the most effective by far. It includes so many essential features and they're easy to use. I'd absolutely recommend this system to any company considering it.
Cons
One thing I'd want improved is the ability to change dates without having to delete anything first.

Pros
Being cloud-based is a big plus because we can get to it from anywhere which makes things a lot more convenient for our team.
Cons
A lot of the windows require too many clicks and there still isn't a simple way to upload X-rays or MRIs like there was in the server-based version of CT. Billing wellness Medicare patients can also be frustrating when there's no onset date.

Pros
Handling billing submissions and posting payments is very easy with this software. Getting the clearinghouse integrated and set up was also much simpler than I expected.
Cons
I do wish the process for adding insurance companies was more convenient and it would be better if insurance verification could be done more easily within the program.

Cons
I noticed the biggest limitation is that the macros don't offer much room for customization.

Using it day to day is pretty easy and being able to set up macros plus quick buttons for notes makes documentation much faster.
Cons
The online scheduling feature still falls short because it doesn't alert the provider or sync with Apple or Google Calendar so I have to keep checking the schedule manually.

Being able to sign in through the internet instead of relying on a server-based application is a big plus. Once you learn your way around it, the software is very user friendly and works really well.
Cons
EDI billing can be confusing to set up at first but after the billing settings are entered correctly, it performs well.

Having the hot button feature keeps the macros I use most right in front of me so I can get to them in just a few clicks.
Cons
One annoyance is that diagnosis codes don't automatically carry over into the charges when the charges are already entered. The system also doesn't handle syncing notes within itself very well.

I would say the auto-allocation system has proven to be really helpful and some parts of the patient ledger work very well too.
Cons
