We engaged with ClinCapture for a 5-year project with a third party, and their team has been consistently effective in communication and demonstrating a sincere commitment to helping us achieve success.
Cons
As a small team, they cannot currently provide all the advanced features that an established software company offers.

If you want to arrange fields side by side instead of in one long list, you need to add a table to the form. However, this process can be a bit tedious.

Cons
I suggest adding a feature that allows creating notes for an entire page when data has been changed instead of creating separate notes for each item that was changed.
