Our signed contract has been completely disregarded by them failing to follow to any of its requirements.

I entered into a contract with ClinicMind to handle appointment setting for sales. To date I have worked for 65 hours and they owe me $1105 through a Paypal invoice. However the payment is now a month overdue.

Affinity Billing plays a key role in our growth and success. When we move toward Affinity four years ago we had struggled to find an effective billing system for our psychiatric services. Despite being relatively new to the specialty, Affinity demonstrated the initiative and capability to grow alongside our business. They created a reliable and efficient platform for "UB" billing, enabling us to incorporate billing for inpatient facility charges as we expanded those services. Since partnering with Affinity, our billing and collections processes no longer hinder our growth but instead maximize our potential.

Using Affinity Practice Management software for more than 5 years

For over 5 years, my team has been using Affinity Practice Management software alongside more than a dozen other practice management systems. Based on our experience there is no comparison to Affinity Practice Management. It is a powerful software equipped with excellent reporting tools, real time report generation and one of the most efficient claims tracking mechanisms. It provides precise information on the status of claims throughout their life cycle, it is user friendly and highly customizable. This software allows us to monitor the financial performance of our practice while also assessing employee performance through real-time and informative reports. The dashboard is exceptional, offering a comprehensive overview of accounts receivable (AR) and highlighting focus areas for AR recovery and increased payment. Additionally, it provides valuable trend analysis.

I particularly appreciate the hands-on control over information and the proactive approach to claims follow-up. Affinity Billing promotes teamwork and keeps me focused on growing my practice. When we implemented Affinity Practice Management, the system seamlessly processed claims for our professional services, exceeding our expectations. It has been the most efficient system we have used for entering and processing claims. The Affinity team worked closely with us to develop an interface and back end validation system that enables us to handle facility charges just as efficiently as our professional services. Many companies and custom software development firms strive to excel in their respective areas, but only a few truly succeed in delivering top-quality applications and translating ideas into reality to meet customer needs. Affinity Billing is one of those exceptional organizations that excels in both aspects.
