Pros

ClinicTracker EHR Software allows us to pull up information and access records from anywhere. We are able to track grants and claims which is a big part of our daily operations. Impressive, very nice!

Cons

We are still getting used to the software but we have not encountered any issues so far.

ClinicTracker EHR Software has been great for our mental health practice. It comes built-in with treatment options and we have not had an issue so far.

Cons

The application does not open when the software update is installed. This needs to be fixed asap.

Kind of a mess
Pros

Dashboard is nice and it is fully customizable. Billing has been a big time saver.

Cons

Documentation is terrible which is our biggest concern. They did not teach us anything during training and we were left hanging by the customer service too.

Its great if you can spend time learning the inside and out.
Pros

If you have the resources to hire someone just to focus on this software its great and can potentially make your practice paperless!

Cons

Like I said, if you dont have a person trained in this software on board, you will have A LOT of issues! They say they have a support team to help you out any time but this is false since when you ask them for help they send general replies or training videos that dont help with your specific issue!

The clinic tracker staff is very cooperative and helped us through a smooth implementatio. The customer support service is very active and they respond to client queries within an hour. It is more suitable to Mental health practices.

Cons

Some therparists may find it hard to use all features so we recommned the CT to introduce video tutorials so that new employees may find it easy to use

The tools and features look very helpful but they are not easy to use. Atleast I had issues understanding software interface and tabs andmodules.
