I used to like the online booking feature, but unfortunately the software has glitches that make it unreliable for a reliable business.
Cons
The platform sends emails and gives feedback that the emails have been sent, but in reality, some emails are never delivered, and our users are not notified about it. This lack of trustworthiness in the software and the slow support response to the issue is a major drawback.

I'm really happy and very much satisfied with Cliniko software as it is fairly easy to use. What I love the most is how simple it makes booking patient appointments and processing payments. A few clicks, and it's done. Overall it saves my time and really boosts efficiency.

My experience with Cliniko has been absolutely amazing. Even our therapists love it because it gives them the freedom to manage their schedules anytime anywhere. Plus the software is pretty easy to use and understand. On my very first day, I had no trouble figuring out how the scheduling works as it's that simple.
Cons
When exporting data from Cliniko, I hope there is a way to automate the process without relying on product support for assistance.

Cliniko has honestly made my life so much easier, especially when it comes to managing client bookings and schedules. Also I love how simple and beginner-friendly the system is as it's super easy to understand. One of my favorite things about it is how simple the appointment booking process is. There's no need to deal with tons of options, which makes everything quick and efficient.
Cons
The messaging section could be improved. Although its a great feature to have in Cliniko, I personally do not use it on a daily basis.

Overall, I think Cliniko is a great program with plenty of great features. It's really easy to learn, which is a huge plus and it offers a wide variety of tools to work with. Another big advantage is the reliable technical support as they are always there when you need them!
Cons
It would be great if there were a way for us to restrict the online booking system to existing clients only, such as implementing a login system exclusively for returning patients.

I've loved Cliniko since we first started using it and I love it even more now. It is so simple to operate, and the companys values really set them apart from the competition. Over the last six months, they have added tons of new, super-useful features and all without charging extra. Our team is happy, our patients are happy and I am happy. Setting up and using Cliniko is very easy. I didn't fully appreciate that until I tried a couple of their competitors. I had one main issue with time slots, which made me consider switching, but after testing other systems (and getting totally overwhelmed by some), I knew I had to stick with Cliniko. As it is so much simpler to use and you can have it up and running effectively within an hour or so. What really stands out is the company's ethos. Their pricing is transparent as there is no need for drawn-out phone calls just to get a number, unlike some competitors. Their support team is quick to respond and the help feels personal. During Covid-19, they were very supportive of our business and used that time to roll out new features that have taken the platform to the next level. Honestly, Cliniko just keeps getting better.
Cons
While Cliniko is highly functional but as per me there is still room for improvement, particularly regarding group sessions. It would be great to see more progress in this area. Additionally, some competing platforms offer greater flexibility in customizing automated emails, although increased flexibility often comes with increased complexity.

I'm constantly impressed and so happy with the support I get as a new Cliniko user. No matter how many different questions I throw at them, the team is always brilliant. I get quick, friendly and very detailed responses every time. They never make me feel silly for asking anything and they actually encourage me to ask more. The more I ask, the faster I learn. Cliniko itself is really intuitive, but I still need help sometimes. The online chat support feels like having an extended part of our business right there with us. They make my job so much easier and have been a huge help to our small business during these tough times. I can't thank them enough for being so great.
Cons
One limitation I have encountered is the inability to attach PDF files to emails. Additionally, it can be difficult to identify canceled appointments in the diary, which can cause some inconvenience.
