Poor Customer Service & Refusal to Refund – Avoid This EDI Provider I strongly advise against using Cortex EDI. Despite paying $95 for a service that was never provided, they refused to issue a refund. Their customer service was unresponsive, dismissive, and outright rude. Multiple attempts to resolve this minor billing issue—including requests to speak directly with a representative—were denied. A company that ignores customers and refuses accountability is not one you can trust, especially if you're looking to scale your business with reliable support. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for an EDI provider that values its customers.

Has everything for DME suppliers

Pros

Cortex EDI does a great job with DME supply billing. It has all the features DME suppliers like us need to easily submit claims and get payments. And the best part is how simple and easy it is to use.

Cons

In my experience, this software is faultless. I haven't run into any issues or things I dislike at all.

One thing I really like is the excellent customer service. They are very helpful, and the instructions, they give are clear and easy to follow. Plus the design of the program is also great as it's user-friendly.

Cons

Currently, there is nothing that comes to my mind which I dislike.
