Pros
I adore the user-friendly interface and whenever I have a question customer service is just a click away. I can easily message them through the portal and they typically respond within an hour or two. Everything I need to keep track of is conveniently accessible and well-organized.
Cons
I wish the insurance claim process wasn't handled by a third party and having templates would be nice. However I can upload anything I want into the system which provides more flexibility.

The seamless integration with Office Ally and Square makes billing and payment processing effortless. I find it easy to write notes schedule appointments and appreciate having everything in one place (client portal records payments billing etc.). The customer service is excellent and my account manager is consistently responsive and pleasant to work with.
Cons
I would appreciate more customization options for certain features in line with my practice such as notes and supervisor reviews. Additionally simpler options for sending forms to clients via the client portal would be beneficial. It can be complex to create "internal forms" and make them work for a group practice.

Cons
I gave it a rating of four out of five because it lacks telehealth services with screen sharing. While I understand their concern for privacy and interface integrity it would be more convenient to have both functions integrated. Additionally I have reservations about the billing charges imposed by their sister billing company. The fees for credit card transactions seem excessively high. For such a great software it would be beneficial for them to consider finding a different partner as this aspect could significantly impact our partnership.

Overall this product has greatly assisted in the backend management of my private practice keeping track of income and session counts. The scheduling alerts via texts and emails are invaluable ensuring full appointment calendars. Additionally the professional-looking invoices simplify client reimbursement with the added convenience of storing client credit card information.
Cons
Since I use it to manage my entire practice I would appreciate more extensive reporting options for the financial features. It would be helpful to print sales by month quarter or year. If this functionality exists I haven't found it yet. It would also be beneficial to have an autocorrect feature when typing notes into the system. It's frustrating when the system doesn't recognize words or offer suggestions for correct spelling. Updating expired credit cards is a hassle; it would be easier if a simple expiration change could be made since most clients keep the same card number.
