I truly appreciate CounSol's pricing guarantee especially considering what other companies are doing. Whenever I believe that CounSol lacks a necessary feature I quickly discover it and am pleased with the level of customization available. I needed an EHR system that allowed me to create my own forms and communicate effectively with clients including signing treatment plans.

The software interface looks a bit dated but as a 90's kid it's not a major concern. I did find a way to customize the portal and remove certain options to ensure client confidentiality which was great.
