The little help pop-ups are a favorite of mine. The systems intuitiveness is remarkable. Whenever I have a question about a feature the help pop-up usually provides the assistance I need. Its evident the software team invested a lot of thought into its development seamlessly integrating into our workflow.
Cons
Transitioning from another system requires a lot of manual effort. However the benefits are evidently worthwhile.

My overall experience with Counsol.com has been extremely positive. It offers more features than any other management system I've encountered, and I've tried several. The flexibility to create custom forms, upload PDFs for clients, and utilize the journaling feature contributes to its user-friendliness. The support team is excellent and responsive to user feedback, regularly implementing recommendations and sharing updates via newsletters. The billing process is straightforward, and features like the biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planner, and integration with Therascribe are particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend Counsol.com for its continuous improvement and support.
Cons
Appointment scheduling could be more user-friendly, but I found a workaround. Providing instructional videos on features might help. While Therapynotes has a beautiful interface and easy scheduling, I prefer Counsol.com for its flexible features. Although it's great software, the tele-mental health feature needs updating, so I switched to Doxyme and Zoom.

Cons
My main issue with CounSol.com is that some clients struggle to log into the portal, especially on browsers like Firefox or Safari. Not everyone uses Google Chrome, so requiring clients to switch browsers for video sessions can be inconvenient.
