I love how easy it is to file claims and record payments with this system. The mass email/announcement feature is also fantastic, and the video function is straightforward.

I wish there was an actual iPhone app available. As far as I know, it's not available, and when using it on my iPad, it sometimes appears in a format that's hard to navigate. Occasionally, it's slow to load.

My experience with Counsol.com has been overwhelmingly positive. It offers more features than any other management system Ive tried. I appreciate the flexibility to create forms and upload PDFs for clients. The platform is user-friendly with excellent support and responsiveness to user feedback. The biopsychosocial and treatment planner features are excellent and the addition of Therascribes integrative feature is a real plus. Billing and invoice creation are also straightforward. I highly recommend Counsol.com.

Cons

Initially I found the appointment scheduling somewhat challenging but I learned some tricks. Adding instructional videos for various features could enhance user experience. The visual interface could be more modernized. Although Therapynotes has a beautiful interface and easy scheduling I prefer the flexibility offered by Counsol.com. While its an amazing software the telemental health feature needed updating prompting me to switch to Doxyme and Zoom.
