Ive been using CounSol.com for over four years and am very satisfied with its services and features. The setup is easy and my account manager has been responsive to my needs. The HIPAA compliance and virtual counseling features have been especially helpful during the pandemic. I highly recommend it!
Cons
One drawback of CounSol.com is that some clients face challenges logging into the portal particularly on browsers like Firefox or Safari which arent fully supported. Not everyone has Google Chrome so its inconvenient for some to switch browsers for video sessions.
