Best Value and Most Comprehensive

Pros

The individual tech support is fantastic and the auto-population of CMS-1500 forms is a great feature.

Cons

Since I see kids at schools it would be helpful if Counsol had session options that match each location listed on the CMS-1500 form.

Great product for bililng but not so great for clinicians

Pros

It effectively protects client data while allowing for invoicing telehealth and electronic communication. The system is user-friendly although the font size could be larger.

Cons

The software seems tailored for outpatient therapy sessions only with limitations on billing for other services like crisis intervention or groups. The calendar interface is clunky with small fonts and no option to resize. Making appointments and editing them is difficult often requiring cancellation. Additionally an account overseer is necessary for most tasks.

Pros

I really value its robust features for an EHR software. The ability to write notes to clients post-sessions is a feature I particularly love and my clients seem to appreciate it too.

Cons

Occasionally the video function within the portal experiences glitches so I resort to using Zoom for client meetings.

Great response to requests to customize, lots of helpful options!

Pros

Its easy to learn with excellent customer support and a receptive software team for new ideas. Having ERA/EOB/billing on one platform is a plus.

Cons

The video teletherapy option lacks support and I wish there was a pronoun selection feature for clients.

Pros

Once ERAs are received the secondary billing process is much easier compared to other EHRs. Integrated payments and a secure platform for video sessions and messaging are also great features.

Cons

I miss the ability to attach documents with claims. Additionally the softwares pricing structure can be more expensive due to various upgrades/features.

Pros
