Cons
I appreciate the option for HIPAA compliant video sessions but I need multi-location support for couples and family sessions. Also better integration with Quickbooks would be beneficial.

Cons

The intake measures arent pulled into the starting admission note. This doesnt make a proficient looking admissions notes just like the other software I utilized. No capacity to type in a formal brief note around a phone session, or missed sessions after you void the receipt you cant record it.
