Having an assigned account support person customizable functionality and a client portal are standout features for me.

Cons

Lack of group session options and overwhelming functionality are minor drawbacks. The appearance feels outdated.

I have had a great experience with them. We are able to send text reminders and that reduces the number of no shows.

The intake measures arent pulled into the starting admission note. This doesnt make a proficient looking admissions notes just like the other software I utilized. No capacity to type in a formal brief note around a phone session, or missed sessions after you void the receipt you cant record it.

CounSol is well-organized and user-friendly for administrators, clinicians, and clients alike. It continues to evolve, with an openness to feedback and prompt implementation of suggestions, which I've personally experienced. The customer service is outstanding, with quick email responses and no wait time on the phone. They're always patient and supportive.

I wish the help guide included more demo videos and walkthroughs.
