After trying various EHRs I settled on CounSol due to its ease of use and invoicing capabilities. The customer service exceeded my expectations with quick responses and helpful assistance from my account manager Jonathan. He even helped transfer my forms from another EHR saving me a lot of time.
Cons
Transferring client information to CounSol has been a bit cumbersome as it is with any EHR due to HIPAA regulations. However my account manager provided helpful information and options to ease the transition.

I have been using Counsol for years and love it. Having a dedicated representative for assistance with documents and troubleshooting is amazing. He makes difficult tasks easy to navigate with his responsiveness.
Cons
Including video sessions in the base price would be nice although I understand the financial considerations. This is the only improvement I can think of at the moment.

Cons
While there have been improvements to the online platform during COVID-19 further enhancements may be necessary. I still encounter issues at random times and sometimes have to resort to backup platforms. Additionally Id like the option to conduct online group sessions.
