I appreciate the monthly subscription option and having one dedicated tech/customer service rep for my account. The softwares ease of use and minimal technical issues give me confidence in its security.
Cons
Id rate the intuitiveness of the software about a 7 out of 10. Once learned its reliable and makes sense. While more statistical reports would be appreciated the existing ones suffice for my accountant.

Video conferencing isnt ideal and many of my clients have had issues with it. Additionally Id like the option to hide the "session" tab from clients since I use a different platform for video sessions.
