The software is easy to use. It is great for therapists to run a private practice. Customer support is excellent. They are prompt in responding and very helpful. They always answer with specific instructions that don’t confuse you at all. I can access all the confidential details that I have stored from anywhere. It is easy for patients to print or download their own insurance/billing information easily.

Cons

Currently, I cannot compare it and write any cons about it as this is the only product that I’ve used, and it satisfies all my needs. Impressive, very nice.

The video feature may have been updated but in previous experiences it did not perform as well as other products like Doxy. Using the group feature seems more complicated than other functions.

The integrated telehealth platform is the only aspect that is not favored. While it has useful features like session note integration the video user interface did not run smoothly on the computer and the need for the feature changed within the practice. However it is believed that the issue would have been resolved if the need had continued.

The ease of scheduling intuitive patient portal and secure messaging are some of my favorite aspects. I have not encountered any issues or complaints. Prior to the integration of credit card billing entering payments was somewhat time-consuming. However since signing up for the credit card processing feature it has become a simple process.

Improvements are needed for the user-friendliness of the video platform in this software. Freezing during sessions has been a challenge.

Once understood it works well and easily. Availity is the preferred option for insurance billing due to direct network compatibility.
